This was our 3rd time @ this hotel (rewards member): Jan 25th. This time we had a dirty room w/issues.The carpet was really bad & there was hair on the furniture. The door wasn’t hung correctly & bathroom wall need fixed near tub. Room 102. I will check the room b4 I bring anything in. I let the front desk know & I did not receive my usual request for review by email. I know this is a low mid priced hotel, but at least it could be clean. We travel back this way to check on family. Praise for the Best Western in Marion AR. on the trip out!

nice place to stay easy access to the highway. pleasant staff and good parking. the breakfast was good, with some variety. would have liked to see more fruit than apples, and bananas. plenty of parking and accessible to local dining options.

While the location is great, friendly staff, and affordability, the venue shows overdue maintenance as of May 2025. Examples: stained linens, dirty room walls, incomplete shower wall cleaning, unfinished wall patches, loose carpet near elevators, slow to clean dining tables, removed and unpatched lights and fixtures, light bulbs blinking, dead trees at entrance, etc. If your looking for quick affordability and can overlook the deferred maintenance then maybe this place is ok.

My family and I stopped in at this Best Western Plus while traveling through the area. Rooms were clean, front desk young lady was cordial. Will most likely stay again at this location as we pass this way often. There are many fast food options on the exit as well.

After a long day of driving, we decided that Leeds Alabama would be a perfect place to stop for the night. We looked online at several of the hotels. We had stayed at Best Westerns before and they had always been a good value for the money. I called Best Western Plus Bass Hotel and Suites and was told they did have rooms available. When we arrive Ginger the manager was working the front desk.. Ginger was very professional, positive and upbeat. The rates as expected were a great value. While Ginger was explaining the amenities for the hotel, she told us that they had a very good breakfast that started at 6:00. A.m.. When she was saying this, a gentleman behind us agreed that breakfast was a rate above a normal hotel breakfast. The room was clean, comfortable and had plenty of hot water. After a good night's sleep we went down and had breakfast. There were a few more items on the self-serve breakfast than you normally see at other hotels. It was a good breakfast.
If the timing of our travels ever allows, we would definitely stay at this hotel again.

There was mold on the ceiling, walls, and in the bathroom. The carpet was dirty in the room and the bathroom floors were dirty as well. The AC unit did not work well, and it was very humid in the whole hotel but specifically our room. It was so humid that our bedding felt wet.

Front desk clerk was rude upon my arrival, argued with me about pricing. I booked a king sized bed; and she placed me into a queen room. Room is musty, lacking hot water and frankly a terrible hotel. Do yourself a favor and stay at one of the neighboring hotels.

My room smelled so bad. Why is it that when Indians from India take over a hotel it seems to be less clean and have a smell? At least breakfast was good.
