EXCELLENT. great friendly staff. Very clean and comfortable rooms, very spacious.. Nice breakfast of scrambled eggs and sausage.| The front desk staff went out of their way to help us. First to extend our stay....then to cancel the last 2 days, due to a blizzard coming.

I called the hotel in order to get a shuttle. I was unable to contact the hotel or find the shuttle. I tried several times to call the hotel since it was quite late at night, but no one picked up, neither did the person at the front desk leave the number for the shuttle driver . This occured on the night of April 4th and I had previously had good service from this hotel . I ended up calling another hotel with a receptive front desk .

We stayed at the Best Western by the Omaha airport after a busy day of travel and missing our flight. Upon check-in I had explained to the lady at the desk, Shantel (sp?). She gave us a discount for being a distressed traveller, which she did not have to do. She went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and comfortable. She really made a bad day much better. The room was nice and clean. Beds were comfy and the shower pressure was good. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you, Shantel!!

Asked for top floor, ended up on the 2nd. Elevator incredibly dirty and sticky. Door to room had a gap so you could see in when closed. Shower curtain was ripped. Damage to wall in bathroom with jagged edges. Thermostat broken, way too hot all night. Not good!

This hotel has a very helpful staff. When looking for a hotel at 3 in the morning, the front desk attendant Eileen was super helpful, and kind. She was able to get us a room immediately, was helpful with giving us information about the area since we’re not from here. The only reason we have 4/5 was the shower drains a bit slow, but everything else was great. Thank you Eileen for being so kind!

We stayed here last week for one night. We were booked on a 6 am flight and the hotel worked well for our needs. ||The Reception staff are both welcoming and helpful. The shuttle service was great. ||Can not comment on the breakfast as we left too early. Food options next door to the hotel if required. Our experience at the restaurant (can’t recall its name) was not great. There is also a Subway and service station there.

Had a reservation while traveling 2000 miles with my disabled husband and 80-year-old mother-in-law. We were denied a room because of my service dog. The rude desk clerk kept saying they don’t allow pets. I explained that my dog is a trained service dog. He said there’s only one hotel in the area that accepts pets (untrue), but I again told him that my dog is a service dog. He refused to allow us to check in. This hotel needs to study up on the ADA and discrimination against people with disabilities. Unacceptable.

Disappointed. Definitely not a BW “Plus” anymore. The room I was given doesn’t look like the photos at all in the website. Have stayed here multiple times in the past 10 years but now find that this hotel is in need of a serious upgrade in the rooms. No maintenance on site to handle issues the night I was there and front desk not helpful.
