The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly They have great hot breakfast. I Have stayed here for 5 months for work in different rooms and they have all been .comfortable beds and the rooms are cleaned every day. Becky at the front desk has always been friendly and helpful as well as all the other front desk staff, kitchen staff and house keeping

While in town due to a family member being moved to hospital to inpatient hospice we stayed at the Best Western Plus in Searcy. Dalton was our front desk attendant and he went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. He showed compassion to our family situation and handled us with great care! Truly can’t say enough nice things about him. Great location—which is basically next to hospital. Lots of food options nearby. The rooms were clean and beds were comfy. Definitely recommend.

Great staff. BUT wheelchair accessible room was NOT a good fit for someone with a disability. Bathroom was good. BED was WAY TOO HIGH to get into and because of that we had to leave the hotel and cancel our planned vacation. REALLY need to research their understanding of accessibility for future guests with mobility issues. Thanks

Attended a 4H event nearby at the Fairgrounds in Searcy and this hotel was close by. Made it a very convenient stay for our family. Rooms were clean, however shampoo/conditioner/bodywash was empty in both showers - we brought our own to use anyways. Indoor pool was a nice added bonus to our stay and towels were provided in the pool area for guests. Continental Breakfast was good and they had alternative dietary options for our whole family (non dairy milk, etc). Would stay here again if back visiting the area.

Comfortable room at a good price. Bed was too hard for my preference but they can't cater to everyone. Good breakfast, especially biscut, sausage and gravy.

Stay here last night. Everything was great . The thing about this place that impressed me the most was the service! The lady behind the front desk Mrs. Trish? . One word to describe her AMAZING!! I wish every person behind the counter/desk was exactly like her! She definitely deserves a raise!

I’ve stayed at this hotel before and love it. It’s my favorite stopping place between Ft Worth and Chicago. The staff is friendly, the hotel is clean, beds are very comfortable and breakfast is good. This trip didn’t disappoint. We had a great stay.
