I was pleasantly surprised by how affordable this hotel is, considering the great amenities it offers. The hot breakfast was delicious and had a good variety to choose from. The pool was clean, heated to very warm and well-maintained, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The quality of the sheets and towels was impressive—soft, fresh, and way better than expected for the price. Overall, this hotel provides excellent value without compromising on comfort. I highly recommend it and will definitely stay here again!

This place is really gross their towels, smell and their stairwell smells like someone peed pooped puked and then soaked it in beer elevator smells gross too and it sounds like it needs repair room was casual some of the channels don't work and all channels that are offered have commercials. Not even worth watching a movie Great service though. Hot coffee in the front all times which is rare would never intentionally stay here again.

This is our second time staying. We've had good experiences each time! A few things I think management should reconsider or work on is making sure rooms get properly vacuumed between stays. It wasn't horribly dirty but you can tell someone was very quick and only did high traffic areas. Breakfast was pretty below average. But customer service has always been top notch! DeeDee at the front desk was extremely nice and went above and beyond for us! We are already excited for our next stay!

I didnt have much expectations of this hotel when I first walked in, but this was a first impression, not to great. But ~ over our three night stay it was actually a pretty friendly and well kept hotel, quiet right off the highway SW of Toledo.

Staff were friendly and helpful, keeping the areas clean daily.

Rooms were pretty clean and fresh, a little akward at times, like a shower spurting water randomly in the middle of the night, or my heater fan making a little clicking noise. But after closing a door and my first night I slept pretty comfortably.

We are Best Western rewards members and picked this hotel to stay 2 nights along with other family because of EV charging listed as amenity at their site. I should have checked at PlugShare's reviews to find out they charged $15 (unlike the Holiday Inn we stayed on the way here which had free level 2 charging). The front desk clerk stated management would not budge on the fee.
The rooms and location are fine, but
maintenance could be improved: cracked floor in walk in shower, broken heaters in pool room, broken faucet in lobby bathroom.
Breakfast was hot and sufficient, but they ran out of condiments (ketchup, hot sauce, properly sized cups for waffle maker batter). Coffee was nice, hot & fresh. This was not at their busy season so it is odd that they ran out.
Overall it is a nice, safe hotel with a few areas for improvement.

When we arrived, took over 1 hour to get them to figure out how to apply my $50 ecard and then the room they gave us had a pair of socks and hat tucked in the headboard board. Clearly the sheets hadn't been changed. New room had no kleenex, clearly
Poor housekeeping. Sent 2 emails, and no replies.

This was no doubt one of the worst hotel stays for me. My husband and I travel a lot and I typically do a check of the room to ensure cleanliness and no bugs. Well, this time, I was not able to do that because I had a conference to get to and only had time to put our bags down, change and back out the door. We returned to our room around 12am and at that point i was tired and ready for a shower. So I took my shower, and laid on the bed not in the sheets since i was not able to check them. Around 3 am, I started itching like crazy and it felt like something was crawling on me. I told my husband to turn on the light and there was a reddish-brown bug running across the blanket. My husband kills the bug and says, this is a bed bug. In the midst of throwing the blankets back, my face, hands, arms are steadily swelling due to being bitten. Once we pulled the blanket back to expose the sheets, there was a dried blood stain from where someone killed one of the bugs. I moved the pillows and opened one of them and there they were crawling around on and in the pillowcase. We continued to investigate and they were crawling on the headboard. I took video and pictures then we immediately went to the front desk. The staff person did respond and started looking for other rooms (as they were booked up). She initially placed us in one room, but we could not stay as there were no lights. They were able to find us another room and once I was in there, i started looking for another hotel. However, everything was booked solid. Needless to say, we were stuck. We did do a full sweep of the room and there was no evidence of bugs or dirty sheets. However, I could not sleep nor could my husband. Later that morning, we went down for breakfast. You would think that someone would see how I was doing or if we needed anything. Nope! It was as if nothing happened. We had to leave for our conference and was gone for about 12 plus hours. Despite being exhausted, it was still difficult for us to sleep. I was just afraid that the bugs would make their way to that room. Sunday morning, at the time of check out, I was asked about my stay. So I shared my experience with the bugs. The staff person, who I believe was the manager, launches into telling me stories about how that room did not have bugs, the hotel is not aware of bugs until someone tells them or is bitten and then she wanted to tell me about her own experience with bed bugs. When i say, I was frustrated and appalled at that interaction. First, it made me feel like she was blaming my husband and I for the bugs (although she said she was not), then why wouldn't the hotel have preventative measures to ensure bugs don't become a problem rather than fixing it when told by someone. And lastly, I really did not want to hear her personal story. i get she may have been trying to do shared experience but it had nothing to do with my situation. What happened to me could have been prevented. At the end of the conversation, she then proceeds to share that she can offer me 10% off my next stay. I politely shared to her that we would not be coming back to that hotel but I thanked her for the offer.

Lesson learned: Take the time to check those sheets and do a room turnover.
