What incredible service.
I’m so immensely grateful to our agent Jonathan and the team. We needed to urgently travel from London to Sydney with 2 days notice.
Jonathan replied immediately with multiple flight options and great pricing. He was more than happy to make changes too and answer all of my questions and we had business class flights booked with Cathay Pacific within 2 hours!
Not only that we had the exact seat selections we requested. The whole experience couldn’t have been easier and the service and care were outstanding.

Jack is excellent! He is easy to work with, communicates well and fast to respond - he’s always a message away. He understood what I was looking for, went above and beyond and delivered. Jack eased a lot of my stress and anxiety about the trip. We flew business class direct to and from Japan at a great price and couldn’t be happier!
