I absolutely love my staying at this location in Blue Ash, Ohio! The bed was soft. The kitchen was fully equipped and clean. Don’t get me started on the amazing staff! Catie, Stephanie, Susan, Nick, Pirate, Jamie and Mandy always greets with a smile and eager to help! When I visit Ohio, this will be my only hotel location when I visit. It’s a home away from home! I tell everyone about this location and accommodating they are to my family’s needs! Did I mention pet friendly!!! Wins all around! I just wanted to say thank you! You guys do an amazing job!! AND No I was not paid for this review!

Absolutely unbelievable. Staff, including management, sit outside the doors smoking, talking about people they don't like and playing on their phones. You have to walk through the cloud of smoke just to get into the doors, and they have an attitude of you interrupt them to ask for anything. The security person is never in uniform and only goes by a nickname. He follows people around, especially children,acting creepy and only after you complain do they tell you he is an employee. Even though no one even knows his real name.
The rooms are moldy and smell like pee, not to mention the roaches and other bugs. The washes leave your clothes smelling like mildew. The pool is down, and not maintained at all even though it's advertised as a functioning amenity. Microwave was broken, oven knobs are broken so the stove doesn't work right. My room was supposed to have a dishwasher that's just missing. The room was filthy and stained and if you complain you're basically told you can just leave. Not worth the money AT ALL

I gave this location 5 stars last time, but they changed they don't want anyone sitting outside they even took the chairs and tables away from the patio, and the pool is out of order they just don't want people congregating and talking outside and the pool will not be fixed. It has changed so much in the last year.

The rooms are 100% false advertised! The rooms have a bad odor, baseboards molding off, TVs have no channels. It’s awful. Save your money and go elsewhere. I walked in my room and walked right back out.

I love it here. Everyone is sweet n kind I love how the rooms have a full kitchen. It’s so peaceful and a lot of places around to eat if I don’t want to cook. The staff is awesome. Thank you for letting us stay here we love it

No good , maintenance came in my room tried too steal the batteries out of my VA US ARMY 23,000.00 $ WHEELCHAIR ? IF YOU VALUE YOUR PROPERTY DON'T COME HERE. I WANTED TO MAKE A POLICE REPORT , THEY THREATENED ME , SAID THEY WOULD KICK ME OUT. NO GOOD...

We moved in about 6 weeks ago. We fell in love with the place, staff is friendly and stay on top of everything. They have a small pet spot behind the back parking lot that they provide clean up bags. ( May have to let management know when empty) . Have seen them upgrading rooms as they empty to improve each guest stay. Over all they do everything they can to insure that the property is clean and the rooms are clean and ready for the next guest.
Stephanie, Amanda, Katie, Jennifer do an amazing job up front and Nick works his tail end off improving every room he can. Pirate stays on top of ground maintenance and making sure all debris is picked up from the parking lots, hall ways and does a great job with assisting anyone who needs help

I didn't like that the price fluctuates for a person who will be staying a couple of months. The girls at the desk are very friendly, helpful and sweet.
