When we first heard about Birchwood Meadow, we were so excited for a new wedding venue and getting to work there. It exceeded all our expectations! The venue is beautiful and perfectly thought out with two getting ready rooms, large reception & ceremony space inside and a gorgeous outdoor ceremony spot as well. The owners were wonderful to work with and helpful with any questions we had. We can't wait to work here again for future weddings! If you're looking for a modern rustic venue, this is the place to go!

Big plus is how close Oak Openings is for photos as well!

This is a beautiful venue that offers great opportunities for pictures and wonderful experiences for the guests. The day of on site staff, including the owners, for the events we have played there have made it incredibly easy for vendors to have access to anything they need to make the day great! As a newer venue we are always impressed with the updates the owners are making every time we are there for a wedding. Can’t wait to see what the future holds for the venue and play many more weddings at Birchwood Meadow!

I went to the second wedding hosted here after being open! They did a great job and it’s beautiful! It’s still missing some finishing touches, so that’s why the 4 stars but when it’s all the way complete it will be 5 stars and beyond I’m sure.

dave and pam (owners) were AWESOME! i get the venue took a little longer than expected to get done but is was well worth the wait. the venue is beautiful, the fountain is beautiful. the bridal and groomsman suites are AWESOME and everything is included w the price of the venue.

most venues around here charge extra for certain chairs, tables, amenities. however w birchwood meadows, everything is included in the price which leaves it as a no brainer to book w them.

also, the owners thought of EVERY DETAIL. there’s a commercial ice machine, dish compartment sink, and a commercial fridge in the huge catering kitchen. and the bar set up got raving reviews from our bartenders. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
