We booked a bus for my sister’s 30th birthday bar crawl and had the absolute best time ever! Mike was our driver and made the whole night so easy and smooth. From getting us connected to the music on the bus, to giving us time between each stop, taking our group photos, and helping with clean up and stocking bus coolers at each location- Mike was ON IT! They did so much that didn’t go unnoticed: like even giving us rainbow neon napkins to match our party theme. The sound system and lights on the bus were great with no issues all night. The booking process was so easy and the team was great at communicating leading up to the event and the day of our booking.
I cannot express enough how great our ride was and definitely recommend them and Mike if you book with Birmingham!

We used Birmingham Limo for our January wedding at Nazareth Hall and were so thankful for their service! Having them on our vendor team gave us and our guests peace of mind during winter weather. We decided a few weeks leading up to our wedding that we wanted to have shuttles, so we called at the last minute, and they were able to work without specific needs to make a customized plan that would work for our 2 room blocks plus a car for the bride and groom. They communicated with us the days leading up to the event to confirm the timing of everything, and I loved the feature where we could track the vehicles so that we knew when they were arriving. They were professional, timely, and the perfect addition to a beautiful day. We could not imagine our day without them!

We ordered a full size limo for a special occasion family event. Ken was our driver. He was fantastic. I had submitted an itinerary prior to the event, and the day of I had to make a few changes last minute. He was super cool about all of it. This limo was clean, and had all the amenities. The cooler was great and pretty big. This company doesn’t just provide quality limo service, it provides class!

So the driver last night (04/13/2025) for a wedding refused to go pick up the bride and groom and an entire bus load back at the wedding venue when he had PLENTY OF TIME. He decided to just stand there outside of the van, at the hotel, until it turned 11:30 PM when his official “end time” was for the night so he could leave. He flat out refused to DO HIS JOB, WHICH HE WAS PAID FOR. So someone else ended up having to go back and pick everyone up in their own car!!! The guy was a complete jerk and absolutely needs to be fired!

We book Brim Limo party for my 30th birthday and it was the best experience! Brandon was our chauffeur for the evening and he was extremely professional, punctual, safe, and made sure we had a lot of fun! Ice, cups, and napkins were provided. The bus was very clean and had a great sound system that we used to Bluetooth and play our party jams! Brandon was very communicative and was an excellent chauffeur- I highly recommend you call and ask for him for your trip! Thank you Brim Limo for a great birthday celebration!

Above and beyond! Tony made sure my parents got to their car safely with all of the ice. My mother felt very comfortable with Tony. He also had a lot to deal with getting a couple of our riders home and we appreciated his patience so much. 10 stars !!
