I recently just got married. Black Tie Affair did such a fantastic job. Elizabeth and her team are experts on what looks good and little details to perfect an event. Setting up for a reception or wedding? Call in Black Tie Affair ! They literally set up tables and chair coverings as well as decorated within an hour and a half. They do not disappoint. Once you get the first meeting in with Elizabeth as to what you want and what you are imagining for your event, she takes it from there and makes it 100 times better.

Also, looking for a florist? Black tie affair also can help you in that department. My flowers were picture perfect for my wedding day. And it also helps having one team on your side that handles everything like table and flower arrangements instead of checking in with multiple people for your big event.

Hello, my name is Mary Hogan. We hired Elizabeth Black as Wedding Coordinator for my daughter's wedding. The wedding was originally planned for June 2016. Due to the wonderful news of my daughter's unexpected pregnancy, the wedding was changed to August 22, 2015. I phoned Elizabeth and jokingly asked her if she thought she could plan a beautiful wedding, with 200 guests, in less than 3 months. Not missing a beat, she said of course. Within one day, she had emailed me a list of photographers, DJs, caterers, and venue options. It was amazing how everything just fell into place without any stress or drama. Elizabeth was my "best friend" during the wedding planning process. Because my daughter experienced morning sickness with her pregnancy, and lived out of town, she wasn't able to participate much with the planning of her special day so Elizabeth was stuck with me lol I was able to reach Elizabeth, at anytime, if I had questions. She was extremely personable. She would send me texts, pretty much daily, reminding me of things that needed to be done. (when to meet the florist, order the cake, order the food, ect) We hired Elizabeth's company, Black Tie Affair, to set up, decorate, and tear down. Elizabeth and her wonderful team did an amazing job. My daughter was overwhelmed by the beauty of the reception hall! The wedding ceremony was outside and just as beautiful. Even though Elizabeth didn't have much contact with my daughter, she was able to make EVERYTHING exactly as she had wanted! Guests were constantly commenting about how wonderful everything was. Elizabeth was professional, well organized and extremely pleasant to work with. She went above our expectations. With only 2 1/2 months, she was able to make my daughter's dream wedding come true. She was able to take away the stress that often comes with the planning of a wedding. Hiring Elizabeth and her company, Black Tie Affair, was the best decision we made! I have and will continue to recommend Elizabeth and her company to anyone who is planning to be married!!!

Elizabeth Black the owner of Black Tie Affair did not follow through on anything that we originally agreed to. She was very unprofessional and acted immature through our wedding and reception. Elizabeth refused to serve our guests drinks and cut our cake as she had originally told us she would do several times. On our first meeting with her she told us we could have anything we wanted. As we got closer our wedding she continued to tell us things we couldn't do that she had originally agreed to do while telling us that we needed to rent more things from her that should have been covered.

Elizabeth was great to work with. We rented all our tables, chairs, and linens from her. She happily helped fulfill last minute requests and helped me come up with a day of itinerary that was a lifesaver since we had our wedding at my dads farm rather than a venue. Definitely recommend!
