Katie was our Coordinator for a Celebration of Life. She was well prepared, made great suggestions, anticipated what was needed and looked after the host throughout the entire event. We had a complicated transition between the Memorial and a large family dinner. Katie and her team were quick, efficient, quiet and made it seem easy. Highly recommend Blissful Concepts.

Katie was our wedding coordinator for my daughter’s wedding. We couldn’t have asked for a lovelier person to run the wedding day. My daughter commented that she felt like a princess because of the way Katie looked after her and the bridal party - even providing healthy snacks and water. Katie also regularly checked on the family members, looked after the guests and was the coordinator for the photographers, sound man and caterers. She kept everyone on track with the timeline and did many little things behind the scenes. Katie’s communication was excellent throughout, she was professional, creative, caring, kind and calm. Katie went above and beyond and I would highly recommend her for any event.
