I just love Karen and her team! Karen is sweet and kind but will take care of whatever you need (she handles business). She plans the entire day so everything flows perfectly. I love how she leaves enough time to get all the details photographed because so much thought goes into them that we want them photographed. She has so much experience that you just feel like you're in safe hands; trust that everything will go as planned. That's what you need on your wedding day! I highly recommend Karen and her team for your event and/or wedding. She'll do an AMAZING job!

Karen was absolutely incredible as our wedding coordinator!

From the start, we didn’t always know what we wanted, but she was excellent at asking the right questions to help us figure it out. Even when we were unclear or unsure, she somehow knew exactly what we needed. Her patience was amazing, and she always gave us all the time we needed.

Despite planning other weddings, we never felt like we were competing for her attention. Karen and her team were always responsive, providing detailed replies to our emails. She has an incredible network of professionals – she found us an amazing florist and photographer, and even helped with the vendors we sourced ourselves. We were pretty picky about our DJ, and Karen was even willing to vet everyone we found to make sure they would fit perfectly with our event.

Honestly, our wedding wouldn’t have been the same without Karen. She took so much of the stress off our shoulders and made sure everything went flawlessly on the day. Though I’m sure there was chaos on the backend, from our perspective everything was executed flawlessly. Everything was perfect, and that’s all thanks to Karen and her team. She helped us stick to our budget, advising where to save and where to spend, which was super helpful.

We did interview other coordinators, and while some were a bit cheaper, I’m sure she saved us a bit of the difference in vendor rates. Her attention to detail and dedication saved us money and stress in the long run. She knows her stuff, and we wouldn’t change a thing about our wedding.

If you’re on the fence about hiring a wedding coordinator, go with Karen. She made our day unforgettable and stress-free, and we’re so grateful for her help! We even tried to convince her to plan other parts of our lives. Unfortunately, no luck!

Karen and her team have gone above and beyond to help coordinate our wedding back in April and we are still dreaming of that wonderful day! I was originally in the planning process with another coordinator who had a job switch during this process and thus I was referred to Karen. Right off the bat Karen was super on top of everything, and so kind and patient, also just fun to work with. We hit it off with her right away – she was super responsive and knowledgeable. On our wedding day and rehearsal as well she kept the whole crew on top of everything, and everything ran on time and seamlessly. I remember she came over to us during dinner reception and reminded us to take a moment to take it all in with each other – I now realized how important that was as I am still dreaming of that day and reliving all the moments in my mind. At the end of the evening – everything got packed neatly away into our cars so all we had to do was drive back. It was so amazing to work with her we cannot thank her and her team enough for their efforts to make our special day the best ever.

This review is long overdue! I married the love of my life in June 2019, and Karen and the Blissfully Styled team made all my wedding dreams come true. From the moment I first spoke with Karen, I felt an instant connection. From start to finish, she made me feel like I was her number one priority even though I know she was working with other brides. She listened to all my needs, constantly calmed my nerves, was always available to offer guidance, helped me make both small and large decisions, connected me with some truly wonderful vendors, and just overall made my wedding planning process go smoothly! Then the day of the wedding arrived... there aren't enough words to describe how incredible she and her team were. My day felt like a dream come true, and I didn't have to worry about a thing. Karen thought of every single detail and allowed me, my husband, and our families to enjoy every moment. It was the best day of my life, and much of that is owed to her. We were very happy with our wedding ceremony and reception, and our guests also gave us many compliments. The successful wedding was due in large part to the work of Karen and her team at Blissfully Styled Events, especially Kristen, who coordinated the many vendors and details of our wedding and, with Sara, made sure that everything went smoothly on the wedding day. Our agreement with Blissfully Styled Events included multiple preparatory meetings, Karen’s help in identifying potential vendors and Kristen’s help in keeping track of contracts, insurance, and payments, and planning the wedding day, as well as onsite coordination of the wedding day. Karen and her team were phenomenal!! We couldn't have picked a better wedding planner. My husband and I did not realize how many minor details were involved in planning a wedding. Karen is very knowledgeable, organized and has a great eye for detail. She always made time for us at night, especially with our busy work schedules even if a meeting had not been previously scheduled ahead of time. Karen went over and beyond our expectations during this entire journey. She kept us on task along with her website that was great for staying organized. She also has other vendor/resources available for your planning needs. The last week of the wedding, I had items pending that I had not been able to find. I reached out to Karen for help and she was amazing and got the items for me and brought them to the wedding. On our wedding day, Karen and her team were very professional, kind, organized, and it was "Blissfully" perfect!!
