We hosted our daughter’s 4th birthday party at Blue Butterfly Creations, and it was amazing from start to finish! With 18 classmates and their parents, there was plenty of space for everyone. The venue was clean, bright/colorful, well-organized, and perfect for kids.

The planning process was seamless, and Charlene & her staff went above and beyond to help us set our own decor while preparing everything else beforehand. The activities were a huge hit, including a sensory station, play dough project, canvas painting, and castle painting. The kids were completely engaged the whole time!

They also ran the entire event, including a fun dance party and time in the playroom, so we could relax and truly enjoy watching our daughter and her friends have the best time. The full cleanup afterward was the cherry on top—we left without lifting a finger!

Highly recommend Blue Butterfly Creations for a stress-free, memorable birthday experience. We’ll be back 🙂

Charlene and Sandy are a dream team! Charlene was in constant communication with me about all of her ideas and, of course, they were all amazing and went right along with the theme of my daughters birthday (the descendants). The day of the party they allowed us to come set up 1.5 hours prior and even helped us! The activities were loved by all the kids. The attention to detail was amazing and several parents came up to me during the party to say how amazing they were and how much fun the kiddos were having — several of them even mentioned using them in the future!

I cannot thank you both enough for making my daughters birthday so much fun! A+ in my book!! Do not hesitate to book Blue Butterfly for your next event!

Kids had a blast at my daughter’s birthday party! So many options to choose from but we went with the “glow party” and it did not disappoint! The space itself is new and nicely decorated, with plenty of space to dance and run around. Charlene was a pleasure to work with, always kind and quick in responding to all my questions. Would definitely return and highly recommended! Thanks for making my daughter’s 6th birthday one she will never forget.

We have attended birthday parties with Blue Butterfly and have hosted two ourselves. The owners Charlene & Sandy are incredible and great to work with. They are so creative and you can provide any theme and they just roll with it. They make party planning effortless. Every party has been unique and you can see the attention to every detail. The kids are engaged with the activities and they even had a little dance party at the end for the younger kids. We had a guest who was late and when she realized she missed the art activity burst into tears. Even though the party was wrapping up, without hesitation, Charlene grabbed the supplies and set everything back up for her. She couldn't bear a kid missing out. If you are looking for a place to have a party and don't want to worry about how to entertain or set up and clean up I highly recommend Blue Butterfly Art & Party Studio. You will love it and love Charlene & Sandy!

We had such a wonderful party for our 7 year old last week, building fairy and gnome gardens. All the kids had a great time and the party was run so smoothly! It was really beautiful in the studio space! The playroom was an extra nice touch while the first few kids who arrived waited for the party to start!

Charlene did an amazing job with my twin daughters’ 9th birthday! Our theme was sweets and treats or “Sweet to be 9” and it was so adorable! Charlene found the cutest tablecloths to go with the theme and it truly looked magical when the girls walked in!

The art projects were a huge hit! The girls warmed up with temporary tattoos and a fun sticker craft, moved on to a build your own bracelet/necklace station and then made the coolest sand art milkshakes. The girls went home with such adorable and unique jewelry pieces and milkshakes!

The party ran so smoothly and there was even enough time for a dance party. This was truly a birthday party to remember! I highly recommend Blue Butterfly Art and Party studio! The new space is so clean and bright! You can tell a lot of thought went into creating the perfect party space! Thank you so much Charlene!

My daughter said it all: Best Birthday Ever! I can't say enough great things about Blue Butterfly. We had attended a party here which is how we knew about it -- I think Blue Butterfly might be the best kept secret in Connecticut! My daughter had such a great experience that she immediately said she wanted to have her own party here. She chose the Ultimate Taylor Swift party and we couldn't have been happier. The party came with multiple activities including Make Your Own Stuffed Animal (she got to choose in advance which one she wanted everyone to make and she went with the elephant which was adorable). There was also a table to create "tour t-shirts" for the stuffed animal to wear. The kids all got to decorate a t-shirt with Taylor Swift stickers and other decorations. There was a table to make bedazzled sunglasses and to get face "painted" with gemstones. And of course we had to have a slime table too. Everything was so well organized. Even with all those activities it never felt chaotic. Charlene and her team were amazingly organized making sure all the kids' items stayed together and that any messes were quickly tidied up. The space was also very comfortable and included a great area with tables for adults to hang out (complete with coffee station!) and for babies to play. If I could give a million stars, I would!

Charlene and her team are amazing at what they do. We recently celebrated our daughter's 3rd birthday and it was nothing short of perfect. The kids had a blast and Charlene helped the afternoon flow seamlessly with just the right amount of direction and a whole lot of toddler activity.
