Blue Diamond Limousine Company treated our party of 6 like royalty! Patricia picked us up in a beautiful BMW Limo and took such good care of us driving to our destination an hour away with multiple stops! She got us all home safely and drove us door to door! 5 stars. I used Blue Diamond this weekend for my son’s prom. They were very professional and extremely accommodating after some last minute changes I needed to make regarding final drop off. Even my first call to them when made the arrangements were very different than the other places I had called. And I had called at least 8-10 other limousine services. The Blue Diamond customer service person was knowledgeable, professional and I felt comfortable with them handling my precious cargo! The Cadillac Escalade was very clean and looked brand new! The drivers were also nice and pleasant. THANK YOU BLUE DIAMOND AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU TO ALL!

Dawn at Blue Diamond is simply the best! She's driven me to the airport for work multiple times and she's such an absolute joy. She's an incredibly safe driver and has a wonderful outlook on life. Rob and the staff of Blue Diamond Limousine were great at making the wedding day smooth, comfortable and safe for all. The shuttle/party bus was clean and shiny as could be. Jeff, the driver, was so friendly and helpful. Blue Diamond was ideal for our wedding day transportation needs.

I rented a car for my daughter's prom and can honestly say I was highly disappointed in the presentation of the vehicle. The car had scuff marks on driver side like the car was side swiped the vinyl on the outside of the car was peeling all over. The only good experience was the driver Keith. He was very pleasant he arrived 40 minutes early allowing the children to take pictures before leaving. When I called the office to complain about the appearance of the vehicle the office manager was very rude and got very offensive. Saying I got what I ordered and I explained that it wasn't about the year of the car it's the presentation. I feel like they would have never sent a car in this condition to a adult venue. I took pictures trying to figure out how to post.

We used Blue Diamond for my brother’s wedding and we had a great experience. The limousine was beautiful and our driver, Jeffery, was so professional and accommodating. Very satisfied overall!!!

We had a bus paired with the most ill-mannered driver. He refused to give us privacy by closing the door between the driver and back of the bus. He repeatedly turned off the music because “we were not allowed to stand up.” He stopped in the middle of nowhere, refused to take us to the banquet hall, locked the door of the bus and would not allow us to step out of the vehicle. We called the company informing them of his atrocious attitude and behavior and the office manager had to come to our rescue. He continued to completely ignore our requests to turn on the music and started driving recklessly—40 mph turns and halted stops at traffic lights, making us all fall out of our seats. The bride went flying off of her seat onto the floor. It was a total nightmare. Unprofessional service matched with unprofessional employees.

Worst experience of my life. During the wedding, instead of following the pack the two drivers decided to go on there own and left all of the family members scared. Took us severl mintues to locate the limo. After, I was told that for each limo it would be $850 plus tip, but later on the owner decided to charge me 20% without notifying me. I was not showed a contract untill a week after the event, owner made severl false claims. DO NOT DO NOT RENT FROM THEM I REPEAT THEY WILL ROB YOU
