At Astrid and Aria, we absolutely love shooting weddings at Blue Heron! It's such a cool and unique venue. The brewery setting is an awesome plus, with exposed brick, wooden beams, and those huge brewing tanks that add a really interesting touch to the photos.

But it's not about the brewery. The event center is beautiful too, with TONS of natural light and a gorgeous outdoor patio overlooking the pond. It's the perfect mix of rustic and modern. Ceremonies by the pond always feel so romantic, and it is so cool when they time the fountain to your first kiss!

And the staff? They're the best! Super friendly and helpful, and they always make sure everything runs smoothly.

If you're looking for a venue that's relaxed, fun, and has a cool, modern vibe, definitely check out Blue Heron. We always have a blast shooting weddings there, and we know your photos will be amazing!

Great service. Good food. Good burger and great cinnamon butter for the good pretzel. Ok igloos. Not very well heated, semi clean and a little run down and a little too close to the people next to us. Also, one toilet in the ladies room. Overall, not too bad.

We planned an event in their Heron Room for a baby shower. The entire experience from planning, coordinating and the event was exceptional. The event team and every individual on site during the event were responsive, kind and incredibly helpful. The venue itself is modern, beautiful, and well maintained. Incredible experience and would recommend them again and again!

This review is for the brewery, not the event center. Nice ambiance inside. They have outside seating, but it was too cold today to sit outside. The place is nice, it was once a golf course.

They have a very nice selection of craft beers, over 20. Happy hour pours are only $5. Most styles are represented, from light to darks. They also offer food, handhelds, burgers, and such with daily specials. I had the hot chicken sandwich. Nashville hot sauce with jalapeños. I added a house Caesar salad on the side. The sandwich was good, but the chicken was just a little overcooked. The chicken portion was good-sized. The salad was fresh and crispy. I cannot say enough good things about our server, friendly, attentive, and did a great job.

I recently went to Blue Heron for this first time. We went there specifically for their Friday fish fry which was AMAZING. Great food, great beer and better yet our server, Kat, was fantastic. She was friendly, fun, and made sure we had everything we needed despite it being a busy Friday night. We really enjoyed every aspect of our meal but Kat’s service really exceeded all expectations.

The Blue Heron Brewpub has 16 Taps for their "Microbrews". On the Patio outside the Brewpub in the Winter they have several medium sized Igloos that seat ~8 to 10 for small group gatherings.... pretty neat.

Very fine burgers are served up with lots of great homemade potato chips OR fresh cut fries. It is a Sports Bar. 4 Stars means Excellent with nothing bad... (I save 5 Stars for those few "best times of my gastronomic life").

We love a Blue Heron Brewery. That is why we chose to go there for their fish fry. Food has always been exceptional. We were both disappointed with fish fry. Fish was coated in so much dough and greasy. The fish was runny only word I can think to describe it. Fries were good and coleslaw was small but good. Our waitress was phenomenal. We didn’t complain to her bc we know their regular menu is always good. We will still go there but not order the fish fry. Didn’t sit well with us the rest of the night.

I had the shrimp and grits with a side Cesar's salad, my date had the bacon beef burger with side Cesar's salad.
We enjoyed the Bavarian pretzel as an appetizer.
The service was very good with Hannah and the manager on duty providing excellent and very Attentive service.
