Larry M. Is an amazing driver. He is very friendly and a great helper for the elderly. Always keeps us informed of changes if they happen. His bus is always clean and smells wonderful. Thanks Larry for the wonderful yearly trip as always.

A huge thank you to Nate and Melissa at Blue Lakes Charters! Just a few months before our wedding we realized that many more guests would be staying at our hotels than we originally planned. We needed one additional charter bus run at the end of the night. Many charter and limo service places were booked, but Nate was able to arrange the one late night run we needed. Melissa verified all the details the week before our wedding. The driver was prompt and very courteous. He even accommodated a few guests by waiting while they helped grandma into one hotel, then continued on the ride to their hotel.

First bus was fantastic, amazing driver, great vibes, very clean and well taken care of. Second bus is disgusting, smells OVERWHELMINGLY of ammonia and urine, dirty bus in general. Having to breathe ammonia and urine for 5 hours made us all sick

Great experience from the start. Sara and Kelly were very responsive to our group’s needs. Quick replies whenever we had questions. Our bus for our 5-day trip to DC was brand new and our driver Luther was amazing. He was flexible with our sudden schedule changes and very friendly and approachable. Will use again for our future trip needs!

These bus is amazing. They have upgraded them. They ride sooo smooth. They have new seats very comfy. The seats have seatbelts now. They have curtain shades for each window. The back of bus has a window now to see out of. I’m sooo thrilled. I definitely plan to book a bus for the family to go places.

Drew was our "bachelorette" bus driver March 23rd, what a great guy. He not only told a bunch of jokes, but gave us history of the different wineries and other places in TC. Keep up the good work Blue Lakes and thanks Drew!

As always our group choices to use Blue Lakes Charter for all of our events. The Bus Drivers are all wonderful and very easy to work with especially Sharon. We wouldn't ever consider any other company.
