Our Wedding Weekend at Bluebird Farm exceeded our wildest dreams of what we envisioned. Lisa, Carmen, and Joe were the most amazing hosts and welcomed us all onto the farm as if we were family. We wanted a fall festival vibe, with food trucks and a live band, and they helped us deliver just that! The fire pits were blazing all night long, and the band fit perfectly on their new stage... our guests loved it. The animals were also a huge hit! Lisa was so attentive during the planning process leading up to our weekend and thought of every single detail that we didn't. When I absentmindedly forgot to get real flowers for the flower girl basket, Carmen let me clip a few from her beautiful gardens. When our ceremony jugs with pampas grass fell over, Carmen/Lisa quickly grabbed sand to fill them up. We are beyond happy with everything and are so grateful we found Bluebird Farm. Our guests said it was the best wedding they had ever attended, and we couldn't agree more! Thank you, Bluebird Farm, for helping make our Wedding the most magical day of our lives.

Bluebird Farm is an incredible wedding venue! They were very responsive, helpful, accommodating, knowledgeable, friendly, and great to work with overall. Their connections to external vendors was essential for us, especially with planning a wedding in such a short timeframe! The day of the wedding and the night before, they communicated directly with us and went above and beyond to help at every step. Having the space to stay overnight on the property made it a seamless process, and the treehouse is just beautiful. Can’t thank them enough for all of their help.

We stayed in the treehouse overnight in September and it was so lovely! I couldn’t imagine a more tranquil place to wake up with the wind blowing and rain outside. The couple who owns the farm introduced us to all the animals and we had fun letting the dogs and feeding the sheep and goats. It was chilly at night but we built a fire in the pit outside and were quite comfortable. I can’t wait to go back!

If we could give Bluebird Farm 500 stars we would. Carmen, Joe and Lisa are fabulous to work with. Our wedding day was perfect. The venue, the weather, the catering, the mobile bar, the DJ, the photographer, our friends and family and all of the great memories made...Perfect! This is absolutely the loveliest place in CT for a wedding or any other special event.

I could write a book on how amazing Bluebird Farm is. My husband and I just recently had our 150 person wedding here on October 7, 2023 and we couldn't be happier. All of our guests were complimenting all night on how beautiful, unique and cozy the venue was. Carmen and Joe were also there helping in any and every way they could all weekend! I would also highly recommend both of the rental properties they have available on site. The Treehouse is beautiful and honestly, sleeping in the lofted area with all of those windows open was probably one of the best experiences we've ever had! The Barn Loft also provided plenty of space for friends and family to spend the night as well. My husband and I are already talking about booking the Treehouse again during the winter for a snowy weekend!

All in all... highly recommend! Great customer service, clean rooms, friendly and very helpful owners and a beautiful venue!

We had a great time catering a beautiful wedding on this farm recently. The pavilion, gazebo, veggie and flower gardens, and all the farm animals add to the charm. We parked our food trailer by the barn. So we were close to the guests. The owners are so kind and easy to work with. The tree house is adorable and set up for guests to spend a night or two. We definitely recommend this location for any type of event.

As a wedding photographer, I instantly fell in love with Bluebird Farm. The venue has so many beautiful places for photos- gardens full of colorful flowers, barns, a field of tall grass and the amazing treehouse just to name a few. Even the farm animals are photogenic! Carmen and Joe were very kind hosts and you can tell the property is lovingly tended to. Bluebird Farm is a true hidden gem wedding venue in Connecticut and I would highly recommend it to any couple looking for a fun, charming farm location for their wedding. We recently had our wedding at Bluebird farm and our experience working with them throughout the process was excellent

When my wife and I were were first hunting for venues we struggled to find a place that felt right (let alone would allow a smaller wedding of 50 people to take place.) However, we eventually came across Bluebird Farm while searching through venues across Connecticut online. After watching the videos on their website with Carmen and Joe we knew we wanted to book tour. Booking was easy and upon arrival we knew almost immediately this was where we wanted to get married.

When it came the planning process the team there was very helpful and responsive to all of our questions. They made sure everything was clear. To help with the planning process they not only provide detailed maps on their website(this made planning table layouts and vendor locations very easy.) they also link you over to weven to help track the process with suggested timelines to complete tasks throughout the process and keep all of your documentation and contracts together and organized.

Another added bonus is the option to stay onsite. No having to worry about running between a hotel and venue or any transportation. They have a barn loft as well as a tree house to stay in. We booked both and split them between our wedding party and ourselves. It was great to be able to wake up on-site and relax before having to get ready.

When we thought it couldn’t get any better the team really shined when it came to the weekend of the event. We arrived on Friday and we’re immediately welcomed by Lisa. She had prepared wagons to help us move everything and was there to answer any questions as well as help with layout. Her and the team helped run through a few layouts for the ceremony area and helped get everything set into position.

On the day of the wedding they were attentive and made everything easy. They helped guide the vendors to the locations we wanted them. They had parking attendants help with getting everyone in. They checked in with us if we’d like a fire and got it started for us and our guests. They even repaired a sign for us that had broken when it fell over during the night no questions asked. As an added bonus they even took a good amount of candid photos throughout the setup, rehearsal, and wedding and sent them over to us just a few days after the event.

The morning after the wedding Joe helped us break down the venue and get it prepared for Taylor rental to come pick it up. They even double checked the treehouse and barn before we left to make sure we weren’t forgetting anything.

All of our guests kept telling us how much they loved the venue, how much they enjoyed themselves, and felt relaxed while there.

We personally cannot recommend Bluebird Farm enough. We had a great stay, experience, and loved working with them throughout the whole process.
