From the moment we started planning our wedding to the final moments of the big day, that team went above and beyond to make everything seamless and stress-free. Their communication was impeccable—every email, text, and call was answered promptly, and they kept us updated every step of the way. On the rehearsal night, Lisa was a calming presence, ensuring everyone knew their roles and felt confident. On the wedding day, Jena and Lisa truly worked Christmas magic. Whether it was coordinating with vendors, keeping us on schedule, or handling last-minute surprises, they made sure everything went off without a hitch. They literally turned our venue into an amazing Christmas night. I was able to fully enjoy my day because I knew Jena and Lisa had everything under control. I cannot recommend Blush and Bloom enough for your event planning needs! There are no words to adequately describe how grateful we are for Lisa or enough good things that can be said about her and, by extension, Blush and Bloom! Our April 20, 2024 wedding likely would never have fully gotten off the ground without her guidance. Our work schedules are complicated and left little time for us to organize all the moving parts of the wedding we’d envisioned on our own. Lisa was exactly the person we needed and we loved getting to spend time with her throughout the planning process (and had so much fun)! She had a solution for every problem and answer to every question. She is professional, responsive, and so enthusiastic! She kept us organized and gave us the push we would occasionally need to make decisions while making us feel seen and supported. Lisa helped us plan a day that truly felt like us and ensured that we were completely at ease with everything. Every detail was executed completely perfectly the day of, something we’d have been unable to achieve without Lisa! She brought such a great level of enthusiasm and energy to our wedding day. She is truly special and excels at each aspect of her position. If every planner and coordinator at Blush and Bloom is as passionate about your event as Lisa you’ll have no regrets in putting your special day in the hands of this team!

Jena was absolutely amazing to work with! The months leading up to our wedding Jena continuously checked in with us and made sure the many pieces of our wedding came together perfectly. The day of the wedding I had peace of mind knowing that Jena knew my vision like the back of her hand and genuinely cared about our wedding day just as much as we did!! I truly cannot say enough wonderful things!!! If you’re debating on if you need a wedding planner for your special day, the answer is you absolutely do and you need Blush and Bloom!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience planning our wedding with Blush and Bloom and Jena! It truly made the process so much easier and less stressful. Jena gave us so many great ideas and helped execute everything perfectly. The team was so reliable and always available if we had questions throughout the whole process. It's hard to imagine how our wedding day would have gone without Jena's help- she made sure everything happened so smoothly! If you are looking for a wedding planner or event planner look no further. Jena and her team are incredible. I had my wedding in August where we had almost 400 guests attend. Blush and Bloom’s work from the beginning of the wedding planning process to the end was absolutely flawless. Jena’s critical thinking had helped map out many things for the wedding such as; how the flow of food would be served, where to hide trash cans so the guest could still find them but they would not be in all of your wedding photos, and assisting with developing a timeline that would flow smoothly for both sets of our guest. Blush and Bloom’s staff was caught multiple times going above and beyond what they needed to do such as assisting grandparents from one location to the next. I could not have asked for a more smooth wedding day and I know without a matter of fact if Jena and her team weren't there the day would not have been as amazing as it was. Thank you all for your creative ideas, Pinterest inspired mindset, and hard-working skills. You all are amazing!

Jena, the owner of Blush and Bloom, was our wedding planner and coordinator. This was single handedly the best decision we could have made during our early wedding process- everything from choosing vendors that were reliable, to contracts, to design, to late night texts with last minute ideas were all handled professionally and with a sense of fun. The mental load of planning was lifted as everything was organized and clear. She works within the budget given and I appreciated her dedication to learning about us as people first. I was an anxious bride, a teacher struggles to let go of control, but I was put at ease every step of the way. We had the PERFECT wedding, and if I had to do it over, I would never change my decision to trust Blush and Bloom with such an important event. Our entire team: Sarah Babcock photography studio, Lauren at Floral V designs, Donna the coordinator for the Dayton Art Institute, Nikka at Kohler Catering, and Legacy Entertainment for music were all amazing and they all tied back to Jena’s sound advice and knowledge. Words can’t even describe how amazing Lisa and her team at Blush and Bloom weddings are. We got married on 11/18/23 and it was the most perfect day ever! Lisa was beyond prepared, attentive, and supportive during the whole process. She really made us feel cared for and shared her happiness about the day with us. We couldn’t have made it through without her. Blush and Bloom worked closely with all our vendors to take some stress off of us which was beyond helpful. We are so thankful for Lisa and Blush and Bloom!

Jena and her team are absolutely amazing! I am so incredibly thankful for all the hard work they put in to make our wedding day the best day ever! The wedding planning process is full of coordination of all vendors, communication to finalize details, seeking advice from others, last minute unknowns, problem solving and much more which you definitely need a team of people who handle those situations day in and day out. Jena and her team made the months leading up to the big day and the big day so much less stressful. She was so organized, had so many contacts and was always willing to take a call or text at any time with any question we had. I highly, highly, highly recommend Jena and her team for planning and executing events! I wish I could work with them all the time!
