Scheduled a viewing ... I arrived 30 minutes early.. stayed 20 minutes past the appointment time... called twice while waiting outside ... no answer, left 2 voicemails .. no return call and no show.

I digress.

In response to the Owners reply ...
The appointment was confirmed, days in advance. We were told to call once we got there. But ok.

No worries... We set up something right next door. More professional and most elegant. 🙂

Jasmine the owner is awesome! She has packages to fit all budgets. I didn't want to do anything but show up and that's what I did! She decorated it beautifully, the treats and food she picked out were awesome. She's very versatile also, hard worker, she's traveling to set it up. Overall very professional, responsive, and clean. She keeps you updated with everything! The place is nice and clean very professional

The owner Jasmine was awesome! I have events all the time and when I worked with her it was so simple! She has packages to fit all budgets. I didn't want to do anything but show up and that's what I did! She decorated it beautifully, the treats and food she picked out were awesome. She booked us a bartender, photographer and a DJ. Hands down best planner I've ever worked with. She's very versatile also, I am having a destination birthday party and she's traveling to set it up. Overall very professional, responsive, and clean. She keeps you updated with everything!

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! DON’T LET THE PICTURES FOOL YOU!! I can really type a whole essay on our experience here! However, I don’t have that type of time. Let me just state this: The kitchen is raggedy & dirty!!! We couldn’t even use the sink because it kept getting clogged! There was a bucket of pitch BLACK dirty water in the corner that had a mop in it. The bathroom was dirty!!! The owner is “UNPROFESSIONAL” TO SAY THE LEAST!!! And she’s a LIAR!!! THE TIME WE ARRIVED TO SETUP, WE COULDN’T GET IN! SHE WASN’T RESPONDING TO ANY CALLS OR TEXTS! BUT RESPONDED TO AN ANONYMOUS CALL WHEN WE CALLED FROM A DIFFERENT NUMBER! WHEN SHE FINALLY GOT THERE, HER AND HER MALE FRIEND WAS TRYING TO CLEAN UP, AND SET OUT TABLES (when all of this should have been done)!!! THEY WERE IN OUR WAY OF SETTING UP, IT WAS JUST RIDICULOUS TO CONDUCT BUSINESS THE WAY SHE DID!!! **I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE HERE!!!

This venue has potential to be something very nice. We booked this venue for my sons engagement party on 6/26/2021. We was very disappointed. We was not made aware that the refrigerator did not work nor did the air work properly. The owner knew there was a problem with the air because she already had several fans all around the room. It was so hot in the place that our desserts melted because we had no place to keep them cool due to the fridge not working, the drinks weren’t cold because the fridge did not work and the ice that we purchased melted so fast because it was so hot. We was not able to enjoy our guests because half of the guests was outside because it was so hot inside the venue. There was no toilet tissue in the restroom, the facet was broke in the restroom. The floor was not swept from the previous event earlier that day as there was confetti still on the floor. It was a big disappointment! I paid out a lot of money for the desserts and drinks and also the DJ that no one was able to enjoy due to the heat. What was supposed to be a night of celebration turned into a night of complaints.
