Blvd745 or Blvd Hospitality whatever you call your business. This business refuses to use contractors that pay liveable wages! Instead Blvd745 is bringing out of town workers taking work away from the citizens of Los Angeles! Jon Blanchard, Blvd745 CEO, is a liar! He will screw you over for 10 cents on a dollar! It’s a shame that the way of life of over 20,000 carpenters is put at jeopardy by people like you.
It’s a shame that the out of town carpenters who are gonna build your project wont even be able to afford a night at this hotel.
