I had excellent breakfast of scrambled eggs, sausage and fried cheese, with mashed potatoes. Sausage spicy and very good. Fried cheese super. Fresh squeezed orange juice is a must. Service is attractive. Friendly local place with much chatter among the customers. Good place.

Really well seasoned, good food.
You know how you go to some restaurants & you end up having to add seasoning to their food. Not so with any of the dishes here & I’ve had a least four different dishes. My favorites are the pepper steak & rice, and the Shrimp Alfredo.
Only draw back is that a couple of times they put too much juice w/pepper steak..it’s to greasy. That’s why four stars instead of 5.
Just tell them don’t add the juice.

If you love authentic Puerto 🇵🇷 food and the family to serve it to you, than look no more , and one of the only places to serve Goat the right way. I swear grandma was cooking all this food in the back. And don't forget the PR homemade shakes.. I highly recommend you try this place.. you'll love it..

I stopped in today and purchased two sancochos. I bit into a piece of yautia and found hard seeds inside (kinda looked like a rock). I called and spoke to someone and they stated that it is normal for the yautia to have black things inside. I have bought and cooked yautia before myself and I never seen this before. They didn’t compensate me at all. Terrible customer service.

We came in to get a tres golpes and once we saw the girl plating our food we ran out. Our reason was because the mangu was served on the plate and then she put it in the microwave to be heated. There is no sanitary protocol that these people follow a bunch of pan of food just sitting there under no heating and thats what they are serving to customers. Someone can get sick. So disgusting will never be coming back.

It’s definitely not the best empanadas Ive gotten, the smoothies are full of sugar and milk . I personally won’t be back. I can’t believe they have high ratings. It’s a disgrace to the Dominican restaurants that are passionate about the quality they put out.
