I usually stop by Bower in the early morning, right before they open at 7, and every day I see the employees unpacking fresh pastries for the day. It means a lot to me knowing pastries are always new and never sitting around from the day before. Coffee is also great!

If you have ever been to a hospital, you know how difficult it is to find high-quality espresso drinks. Well, Bower is your answer! They always make delicious drinks! They have amazing black and white cookies as well.

Worst experience! The manager and the other person working there are full of attitude. I asked for milk for the coffee. Instead, they tell me where the milk is or give the milk, she pointed out a direction and said there. The milk flask was empty, so I asked again for the milk. This time, she asked the other guy to refill the milk. Literally, after 4 minutes with a humble voice I asked again... can I get some milk.
The dude said it was here all the time I didn't see. Politely, I said no one told me anything. The guy over there began to be rude and said... oh, you should have seen. I put it here. Why didn't you see it. I said, "It's none of my business to see what you guys are doing". I am paying for the coffee, and I just want coffee. I am at a hospital... not at a place of fun or enjoyment. I needed coffee for a family patient as he was feeling cold. What's the point of having a room temperature coffee. Completely unprofessional and rude.

I got a bacon egg and cheese on n a bagel there was no cheese and the egg was microwaved for so long that it was not edible and I was charge $10 dollars

quiet place to wait between doctors appointments, pretty good coffee and a nice place to sit and people watch
