I attended a birthday celebration there today. The theme, 1969, WOODSTOCK. Maybe that era was the last time the cabin was used !
The family renting the cabin worked long and hard to make it smell and look presentable. After their thorough cleaning and lots of scented air fresheners, it turned out to be a fun celebration. AC would have helped too.
