I stayed here with 6 of my friends for a girls' weekend, and it was such a great choice! The house is beautiful and super clean, and the property is lovely. We saw horses, donkeys, and geese everyday at the Manor's fence. We couldn't have asked for a better location for our long weekend.

My husband and I spent a few nights at Riverside Retreat & absolutely loved our stay! It was so nice & a PERFECT spot. We loved the loccation & the ability to just jump on the Bike Trail. Riverside Retreat is a wonderful place to stay as a family or a couple.

We have family in Loveland & staying at your property makes it so easy to travel to see them!

My family stayed in the cabin for a long weekend and had a blast! It is an escape from the world and a daily adventure. Our 3 year old son loved waking up to animals each day. Jessica kindly gave us a tour and introduced the animals. Hard working people really going above and beyond to make your stay a dream. Also the location was perfect to get to the Cincinnati zoo and the Newport Aquarium.

We celebrated an early Christmas with my family at the Manor House and it was such a magical weekend! Between the gorgeous house that was impeccably clean and the adorable farm filled with sweet animals just steps outside the door, it was a mini-vacay to remember. In fact, we had such a great time I just booked another trip for next month to stay in the cabin with our other family. This time we’ll be celebrating a milestone bday for my mother-in-law—can’t wait to be back!

Second visit to Tye’s Riverside Retreat and won’t be our last! Love this quaint little cottage right ON the bike path. Great for walking, biking or just people-watching from the shaded patio. Cute restaurants, bars and Graeters ice cream are just a short stroll away. The cottage is stocked with everything needed. It has a great layout that is more spacious than expected. We were very grateful to be able to bring our pup and have the extra field to play in (cross the road in front of cabin and take path past the gate). Access to the river seems a little cumbersome but we may not have gone down the trail far enough. Host communication is excellent and we appreciated the little welcoming touches for us and the dog. Thank you for sharing this property!

We had a great time! Cottage was very comfy and cozy! We love that we could walk into Loveland for dinner and see all the leaves changing along the trail. We brought our beagle Porsche and she was so happy to be able to walk the trail with us. Thanks for a great weekend.

We had the best time visiting and staying at the Branch Hill Estate. It was clean and welcoming. We felt special with everything the House had to offer. It is ideal for any size family for any occasion. It is a peaceful location and yet we were only 4 minutes away from downtown Loveland. I highly recommend staying here. Thank you Derek and Jessica for everything you have done for us as newlyweds.

We had an incredible time staying here! Beautiful cabin and amenities such as hot tub, pool table, petting farm was amazing? We had so much space and comfort. There was something for everyone’s taste and preference.
