Lady at the front desk was very rude. When arriving there was kids hoping in and out the windows on the first floor. Walking up to the room there was cigarette buds on the floor and trash. The hallway smelled so bad. We go in the room and the room was horrible. Pillows had stains on there, sheets had burn holes and stains on them everything was dirty from the fridge, desk, night stand to the little bench they had by the window. WE ASK FOR a refund and the lady at the front desk REFUSED! She tried to give us the money back for only one night and we were not there for even an hour. If you have kids i highly do not recommend. The kids won’t even feel comfortable there.

The rooms were filthy. My sister found dirty socks under the bed. Almost all the chairs blankets sheets and pillow cases had some kind of stain. My shower was disgusting, hairs left everywhere nasty dark spots. I had to buy a cleaner and clean it before I would go in there. The hair dryer in both rooms we rented didn't work. The remotes only worked half the time. In the room we were in the wood on one of the cabinets looked like mice ate through it, and there was a can of fruit cocktail holding up the bottom of our mini fridge. I would not EVER recommend this place. And I will not EVER stay there again.

We have stayed at this hotel yearly (even before the name changed). The pool and breakfast kept us coming back. This year was our last. Unfortunately, the condition of the room was unacceptable. I saw review responses that said they are in the process of remodeling. I saw no signs of that taking place. This hotel has declined to terrible condition. There were 20 to 30 cigarette burns in both bed covers. The non smoking room had a cut to the window screen where someone must have been smoking. Duvet covers were tattered in shreds. The air conditioning unit cover was falling off. Bottom of the fridge was rotted with wood exposed. When we reported this, the staff thanked us and assured us we would not be charged. No offer to trade rooms. Though I suspect they are all in bad shape.
The breakfast was terrible. Not what was served in the past. Our choices were cereal or a donut and yogurt. Another guest asked where the eggs were. He was told just hashbrowns. Juice machine was broken.
The pool was closed from health inspection and had apparently been closed for over a year now! I’d give 0 stars if it allowed.

Rooms not clean-dirty carpet not vaccumed. Stains on comforters. Room for four people has one towel and two washcloths. Pool area has no towels and the front desk doesn't want to give you towels. They say they are running out of clean towels. That was when we could finally get them to talk to us because two attendants were busy helping one other customer and ignored me for 10 minutes. Beds do not have top sheets and the sheets are that are there are torn. The closet is a mess with things thrown everywhere- like the iron and board etc. I really don't think this room has been cleaned. This may well be the crappiest room I have ever stayed in. Too late to leave tonight. Lots of shady characters just hanging out in the lobby. Not even sure my kids and I feel safe here. Stay away from this hotel.

We stayed the night with little ones, and woke up around 12am due to the odor of cannabis. And police in the hallway.

I guess they allow smoking on the third floor. They gave us a new room on the ground floor but it hadn’t been turned over, but considering the time we didn’t make a fuss about it.
Break fast in the morning was decent, and the kids liked the pool. But it gets a low rating due to cleanliness and the whole smoking of the third floor thing not being an issue with them.

More like a shelter. Security Locks on doors were gone . Front desk worker Dan is great. But other then that I would suggest another property to stay. Towels were old and stained mattresses were no good. Blankets on bed had cigarette holes! Carpet very worn out. 3rd floor one room had attest 8 ppl in there including kids. Not to mention. Music was played loud all night. Bathroom tub was very stained and the spare blanket in the closet was dirty house keeping do not do a good job cleaning plain and simple this needs to be shut the hell down and gutted out with updates done to rooms!

This was the nastiest hotel I have ever been to. The bed had cigarette burns in it. The refrigerator was broken and stunk. The floor in the bathroom has nasty tile the wasn’t clean and the bathtub had burns in it as if the was a place for drug addicts. The light in the wall was coming out and hanging by the wires. The shower curtain had been ripped out of the wall many times and just barely hanging. The carpet was nasty and not sure what the heck was under one of the tables. We checked in at 3am just to get a few hours of sleep. Had this been another time I would have walked out but we were 5 hours from home. So gross, don’t waste your money. They have a sign that says don’t post a negative review let them know to fix it. You couldn’t fix everything wrong with the room in time for me to check out. And don’t get me started on the condition of the microwave. Have you ever heard of cleaner? I think not... If I could give it 0 stars I would

They never clean the room, towels and sheets always got holes in them and sometimes have multiple stains. I had to switch rooms because there was an odor in one and the cabinets were broken in the other. Pool hasn't been in order since spring of 2016. I've stayed here at least 6 times hoping things would change since they have all new staff. If anything, things got worse. The staff is lazy from what I saw and always on their phones. I would not ever recommend this place to my friends and family.
