The social security services is very good and very important for all of us. The department of social services keeps everyone’s Social number secure, as it is very important to everyone. But there is some criminals who try to misuse them, to prevent them from doing that, we request the Social department to be more careful from them, we all need to cooperate together to identify these criminals and give them in the hand of law. We are very satisfied by the Departments of Social Service works and we always count on them for keeping our confidential information private. I stood in line for a long time just to renew my benefits with NO changes. The man sitting at the desk on the left of the line said he could help me. He took my renewal, checked that everything was okay, and toldr I'm all set.
Well no I wasn't all set because at the last minute I find out that my renewal did not go through the system and now I'm in a scramble to return again to do it all over.

Horrible for a 60 days wait solution it has taken almost 6 months even paperwork was on time nothing yet nothing bills keep piling up. Get to work n get it done department has zero consideration I guess no one to speak to n when do so they can’t help.

department is a joke. i went there to register for housing in january, because i faced eviction..it is now march..and i am still sleeping in my car. why our tax dollars put towards this agency? they do nothing.

Every time I call I'm on hold for at least 1 hour,sometimes 2 hours depleting my phone battery which because I'm homeless is a major deal.with Covid19 going on its real hard to find places to charge up my phone.plus if you mail a document and THEY LOSE IT,to bad,its on you....they could care less about the bad review's, because they never do anything to improve them....I wish I can give NO STAR in this review because there not worthy of even one!

This place is ridiculous especially that portageese ignorant lady in the front desk I tell you she should be FIRED THE WAY SHE SPOKE TO MY CLIENT WITH a disability and comprehension issues she spoke to her like a dog.With my taxes helping to pay her job salary and being spoken too like that that lady should not working there very nasty unprofessional and not pleasant whatsoever
