My wife and I came here for a weekend getaway in March and enjoyed every minute. The staff were great and the accommodations were wonderful. We had our breakfasts in the dining room, and they were delicious. The best part of our stay was just relaxing and watching the river from our room. It was the perfect way to relax and recharge. We will definitely be going back soon!

We stayed at the Bridgeton House on the Delaware after I received a gift certificate from a friend. What a fabulous time! We stayed for two nights in the Penthouse room which had a wonderful view of the Delaware and a wood burning fireplace. ||The staff was extremely friendly and professional. They quickly greeted us on our arrival and quickly showed us to our room. Each day breakfast is available that will be delivered to your room or you can eat in the dining room. We also enjoyed daily afternoon tea time. We'll definitely come back perhaps during warmer weather. As we were getting ready to leave to head home it was lightly snowing which made the entire property look even more charming.

What a wonderfully restorative time! My wife were gifted this stay by our children, and we loved every moment here. We were in Room 8 and had a beautiful view across the river. The amenities were ALL top notch! Food was abundant and delicious. Staff were friendly and responsive. And some really nice restaurants just across the bridge (walked there!).

Bridgeton House was an absolute dream! I couldn't be anymore amazed with my micro wedding and stay..I live in Texas and chose the Bridgeton House based off the reviews pictures and their availability to do small weddings. It was a blessing finding this place!! The property is beautiful, private and quiet. The views of the river and the bridge are perfect. We stayed in the boathouse which was gorgeous, we were met with breakfast in bed everyday. The food is homemade, I didn't have anything I didn't like.. For my wedding they offered flowers and cake. Everything came out even better than I had imagined. Thank you Bridgeton House we will be back for anniversaries!

We were visiting family in the area and our stay was originally only for three nights, but it was so relaxing, that we extended our stay for three additional nights, with 2 of them in the penthouse. All of the staff was friendly and engaging, especially Dianne and Melissa. We will be back when we are in the area. .

This place has great views and nice people but the room we stayed in was like a freight container. It's called the Delaware Suite but 'suite' is not quite true. Think old Pocono mountain open bath hotel room. The walls are plywood, floors all tile tiled (though heated...if the fireplace is not on). There's a big tub beside the bed (which became our landing spot for luggage/dresser, a barndoor for the toilet space (but the door rolls right into the makeup mirror). The light switching is comical...too much to bother explaining. I wish we would have taken a different room, perhaps the experience would have been at a level of other reviews.

We spent 3 relaxing nights here at Bridgeton House. My only regret is that it was our first visit! I read their diary and so many people are return guests....two couples that stayed this very weekend had met here and returned every year for the past 20 years! The staff is just darling and very helpful. The breakfasts were lovely and they put out coffee at 8:00. Being right on the Delaware was just so lovely and next to the bridge. The rooms and the entire inside of the main building was very classy and spotless. We can't wait to come back.

We just got back from our two night getaway. This was our first time here and we already booked our next visit for the end of December! We stayed in room 1 and it was perfect, next is the Garret room! What a quaint and beautiful place! The rooms were spotless, staff was amazing and the complimentary breakfast was probably the most delicious meals we had during our stay! This place is truly a gem and the views are spectacular! Thank you for an unforgettable experience!
