Rob such a friendly guy accommodated us last minute with such a comforting personality. The place is nice and peaceful. Didn't plan on fishing but would next time bc saw alot fishing. Would definitely return. Thank you Rob you were so nice and helpful.

The campground is beautiful, especially at sunset, and the manager, Dawn, is very nice and helpful. Our stay was at the beginning of the "offseason" (November-December) so we were one of only a few people at the campground during the week. Beginning Thursday or Friday the campground would fill-up, especially around Thanksgiving, but on Sunday most people would clear out. Note that the sites are only partial hook-up (electric & water) with a dump station located at the front of the park. We were very excited about the campground, but we work remotely from our motorhome full-time so we were concerned about the cellular service based on previous reviews. We have both an AT&T & Verizon modem. AT&T cellular service is basically non-existent EXCEPT at spot 8, and that was pure luck. I had just enough connectivity to conduct most of my work and handle some video calls with coworkers but it was hit or miss. However, there is a Verizon signal booster near the front of the campground and I could get anywhere from 3-5 bars when I drove up near it. A few of the campsites have access to this service from their spot. The nearest town with a grocery store is about a 20 minute drive. The bathrooms were average and on par with what I would expect a campground on a lake to have. Overall we really enjoyed the location, the nature and the wildlife!

Perfect if you want to fish. The campground is mostly clean. I believe the new Host are working hard on the facilities to make it better. But the sunsets are just unbelievable. Plus we had our movie night. Restrooms are clean.

Love our stay here for the near week we did. We did get ant bombed in our camper within the first 24 hours and im still dealing with that over a week later. That and there's absolutely no service here in case you're looking for food/grocery/gas so be sure to know the surrounding area or save offline maps or you'll have to wait until you're on the road to find so.
Besides those two- it's very quiet at this ground with lots of tree coverage.
the spots are large and you don't feel sardined in, which is fantastic. You'll see much wildlife as you're right on the water as well.

We pulled in after dark to this campground after trying another one up the road which was sketchy. This campground was nice. The host drove down to our site checked us in and was very pleasant and understanding of our late arrival. Only spent one night as we were just traveling through, but would be nice for multiple nights. Kids enjoyed the waters edge the next morning before we left.
