I have crews working in the area. I have stayed here about once a week for the last 2 months. Great rooms comfortable beds clean area great grab and go breakfast items. Has a grocery store next door and a coffee shop on the other side. I have never had an issue with anything not working including the hot tub...

We booked here due to hotels in Spencer being full/not operational due to the flood that took place in June 2024. The Brookestone Lodge was amazing! Clean, extremely friendly staff, accommodating, and great location. For a small town hotel, this was one we will definitely recommend!
Upon checking out, a few days had passed when my son realized he was missing his Nintendo Switch and his AirPods. We searched our suitcases, reached out to the rental car company, and decided to call Brookstone. By this time, other guests had checked into the room we stayed in but they found the items in a drawer and called to inform us that they found them. They even offered to ship them to us out of state! Exceptional customer service!

The poor front desk lady had enough of me by the time I checked out, but she was so patient and so helpful and very chatty!! Loved having little snippets of conversation. The rooms were so clean and set up beautifully! We brought our son to a wedding and he had a blast running through the hotel room and the halls (of course) the pool was super warm!! Usually hotel pools are bitterly cold but this was a pleasant surprise!! Would highly recommend

Great staff. Very friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond to accommodate guests. Our room was clean and bigger than expected. Spend just a bit more and get the suite. Breakfast included was better than expected. Most importantly, was a pleasure to interact with so many people who obviously enjoy their jobs and do them well. Will be back.
