We used BRT to take a local group from Bainbridge Twsp. to Lancaster, PA for our son's wedding this December, 2023. Our driver, Ray, was great. The bus was clean and comfortable. The passengers enjoyed the ride.

I worked with David James and the great drivers at BRT during the Republican National Convention in Cleveland to transport an entire state delegation of about 180 people for nearly a week. BRT's service was impeccable. The scheduling was smooth, flawless and flexible. David and his team take pride in their work. The bus drivers were not only good drivers, but were also courteous and willing to go the extra mile for our guests. This included transporting these guests to multiple venues on a daily basis for 4 days straight. If you need a great charter bus service, I highly recommend the BRT team!

My husband and I have frequently traveled to NYC with a Baldwin-Wallace tour. Last week I was on a bus to Paducah KY for a quilt show. The trip there was perfect and Rosemary, our driver, was excellent. But it was on our way home that I gained a new respect for BRT and, in particular, Rosemary. The bus developed a problem resulting in us stopping along the highway where we sat for more than six hours. After a bus mechanic was not able to fix the problem, we limped three miles to the nearest exit where we ended up staying overnight. The wonderful mechanic stayed with us, helping the bus to get us to a restaurant (many of the women would not have been able to walk that far). BRT sent another bus to take us back to Ohio. BRT paid for our dinner, our motel and breakfast the following day, as well as finding a place that was willing to deliver pizzas to our bus as we sat on the highway. Although the experience was not a part of our itinerary, I believe we all came through in good humor particularly because of Rosemary who remained calm (at least outwardly), kept us informed and, most importantly, got us home safely.
