Probably the worst experience I've ever had with a transportation company. We are being chartered from Ft. Polk, LA to Columbus, OH
and the bus I am on does not have air conditioning. The driver has AC but none of the passengers have it and it's a 80% full bus. How do you as a company send this mode of transportation in the August heat to transport people on an 18 hour bus ride. I feel that this is unacceptable. No windows were opened, no fans were running, and the driver didn't even try to say sorry. This is a pitiful excuse for a company. You should be held more accountable.

Buckeye Coach driver almost killed me last evening on I-71. He forced me into the shoulder when his lane was ending. He should be fired and his license revoked.

Update: I emailed the company separately on this issue with no response. It’s only a matter of time before this driver kills someone. I would never use this business. God help you if you do!

Best shuttle ever. Alex shuttled us from a music festival to the airport and went above and beyond when we forgot one of our bags on the bus. Very much appreciate the driver and the office coordinator for their efforts!! Thank you again.

We used this company to travel to Florida (6 Buses) and they are the best!
I’d definitely use them from now on.
The bus was a newer model, the power outlets and WiFi worked.
The bathroom really neat and serviced during the trip.
The driver was courteous and professional.

My organization chartered this company for transport to and from an exercise. In the movement down they sent a full size bus and an airport shuttle bus, not enough for the 75 personnel and hear. Tjen the replacement bus showed up two hours later without a functioning air conditioner. On the return drive we had two buses ordered, one showed an hour late, and the company said the other was in the area, but we crammed onto the one bus and left the first because the driver claimed that they were going to meet us a couple of hours down the road, I think the drivers and/or the compant was lying. The ONLY reason I'm giving one star is because I can't give 0.

We used this service to travel from Ohio to Alabama and all was well going down, the first driver we'll call him "J" was courteous, polite, and professional. But we picked up another driver in TN we'll call him "C", was trying to be too personable and overstepping his boundaries. This driver stayed w/ us the duration of our trip to AL. On the ride back it was obvious that "C" DIDN'T empty the septic tank as the entire bus wreaked of feces and urine. When asked to do something, he made it sound as if it was our fault for using it to much and that he couldn't do anything about it. We had small children, a toddler, elderly and a pregnant women on this bus. And we travelled half way from AL to OH in these conditions. When we got to Nashville and picked up "J" the driver I mentioned earlier we told him about the bus and literally he emptied the tank and corrected the issue within 5 minutes. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!! NOT EVEN MY WORST ENEMY!!!

I was not taking this coach bus anywhere, but was staying at a hotel where their guests were. I exited the main entrance of the hotel with a cup of coffee to go sit on a park bench. The bus had been sitting out front for over an hour. I walked in front of it in an area designated for pedestrians and the driver HONKED AT ME. Like I said, this bus had been out front for a long time and I’d crossed in front of it many times going to get more coffee and then sitting back on the bench. This honk startled me so much I spilled hot coffee all over my pants. I’m going to a professional event after this and I now have to be there covered in coffee all day. After the honk the driver then shooed me out of the way with her hand. It’s not like I stopped- I was walking leisurely as it is the morning.

I wish ZERO STARS was an option!! Our school contracted with them for 5 busses for the 6th grade King's Isand trip. Only 4 busses showed up and we had to scramble to find a replacement bus. Of course, I was on the 5th bus which put us late to the park. AND....on the trip back home, 1 of their busses was late picking up! Our group had 60+ standing in the King's Island parking lot waiting and wondering about their bus.
