The wife was extremely welcoming the whole time and very receptive of whatever I would tell her.
I do maintenance for work and she let's me bring little things to her attention and is beginning to allow me to fix what I have the capabilities to fix which is really nice. I'd definitely come back and stay again.

If I could give a high rating for this hotel I would. My husband chose to stay at this particular hotel for work purposes and when my kids and I came visit for the summer we were more than happy. The owners were incredibly friendly and accommodating to our needs and on top of that it was very clean and up to date. And she even went beyond that and helped our children have as much fun as they could whilst staying in the room with us. They checked on us regularly and kept us informed on the things to do and places to eat in the small town of Oskaloosa. If we are to ever find ourselves back in that town we will be sure to stay at the Days Inn. I strongly recommend staying there!

I travel for work and I have never received better service. Clean room every day. Great weekly rate. And most importantly great people running the place. A couple weeks ago they overcharged me without my knowledge. Thought it was just standard rate. I go to pay for another week and they say they owe me 100 dollars! Who does that anymore. I've been here for a month with no complaints. Always quiet. Great location. Never a hassle.

We stayed at the Budget Inn for four nights. I, too, am a small motel owner and know what guests look for. This Budget Inn was very clean with spacious rooms, had convenient at-door parking, and the owners were exceptionally friendly. Cable TV, excellent room amenities, fluffy towels, great hot shower with adjustable shower head, in-room microwave and small refrigerator, bathroom hair dryer, and daily room service is available as needed.
