Back in June 2024 I bought my 2021 Jeep Gladiator from Buds and they have an Excellent Service Department team that always takes care of me. When I go there for service such as an oil change if they finds something else they always let me know. Thank You BUD's for Great Service

Fantastic. Absolutely fantastic. We purchased a brand new Pacifica van in July from Saint Marys Chrysler and have had nothing but issues since then. The Saint Marys Chrysler service department had our vehicle for WEEKS at time trying to fix it and kept returning it to us in pieces, finally we gave up and tried Bud’s. Well, we should have started there. What the other service department couldn’t fix over the course of 7months, the Bud’s service department was able to fix in an HOUR. Not only that, but they dropped my vehicle off at my home after. John was so phenomenal in his communication and kept us updated. We will not go anywhere else now. 100000000/10 recommend.

Great service as usual. Had an issue pop up with our Wrangler on a Thursday afternoon, stopped in to see Mark in service. He scheduled me to drop it off Friday am and a loaner would be ready. Wrangler was good as new in no time. I have four Wranglers and this is the only place I bring them ! Great job. Thanks again.
