I ordered 30 boneless BBQ wings and they were cold, small, very hard and had very little, in some cases, NO sauce on them at all. I was so hyped to finally get these wings and was totally let down by the quality, not to mention the price paid. Massively Disappointed and probably wont visit BWW again since it was such a waste...I hope they can make it right, I filled out their "online form" but never heard anything.

UPDATE: 7-27-25: Months later and have not heard anything from this organization to resolve this horrible food. Thank you for your lack of customer service and willingness to make this right…

You want to know when a BWW is doing something right? Just look at my chicken picture, them wings are saucy! My motto is if it ain't drippin, you must be trippin. The chille burger was good as well and paired well with the Asian zing sauced wings. The service was just okay.

Walked straight in to open seats. Drink served immediately. Ordered food, went to wash hands in bathroom, upon return to the bar my order was delivered 10 seconds later. Bartenders were amazing.

2 6 pc boneless wings onion rings and fries 40 dollars. Joke wings was so salty and hard crunchy rip off. Tyson honey bbq wings in the air fryer couple drinks and some wedges would beat bdubs now any day of the week!

The wings were large and the bourbon sauce on some and mild sauce on the other was very good! The waiter however, would ask if I needed anything, repeat what I said, and not return. Really. I wound up having to get a waitress to get it for me. So BWW needs to give their staff the heads up. When you ask a customer, you know, the one that may or may not add money to your pocket, if they want something, you might want to consider returning with the item. 👍
Ok, I returned today (November) for traditional wings with sweet bbq sauce. The waiter LUKE, who was VERY PROMPT, COURTEOUS and provided EXCELLENT SERVICE, said the side was free if ordered before 2pm if I recall correctly. I ordered the small portion of traditional wings and a side salad. The dining experience this time was fantastic! The food was more than enough and tasty! It is reflected in my tip to my server. I have the utmost respect for anyone who does their job well and the food was delicious as well. I'll be back for another good meal!! I recommend this BWW😊👍
Came back again in February 2020 lol. Got a buy one Traditional wings, get 10 more free! Delicious and the service was EXCELLENT!

Today's visit was terrible. We were seated promptly, the table next to us was sat within 5 minutes is us. 10 minutes or more passed when an appetizer was given to the other table. We still hadn't even met our server so I flagged theirs over and asked her to find our server. Our food arrived as the other table was paying their check; so they got drinks, appetizers and their meals ate before we even had our food. My chicken wrap did not look appetizing and the ranch didn't come until some time later, the children were given boneless wings instead of tenders (in the eyes of children that is terrible but they brought tenders out for them) and my glass sat on the corner of the table fore almost 10 minutes before being filled. I've been a server in the past and understand how busy you can get but the restaurant wasn't busy enough for that to be a factor here.

This place is the worst place of all, the kitchen staff is pathetic, the food they send out of that kitchen is ridiculous, just cant believe they would send out boneless chicken wings that were nothing but breading and gristle had about 2 small pieces of boneless chicken breast and they were hard as a rock. The waitress was great she was having a bad day due to the inefficiency of the kitchen. Fries were about a week old no big deal, but the waitress was trying, its hard tonwork when you dont have a kitchen staff.
