OMG!!!! Came around 1:30pm & the two ladies working, I believe it was one of the ladies birthday they were sooooo awesome. Great attitudes , great service , great food just a great couple of ladies. Thank you!!!! THEY NEED A RAISE, PROMOTION, & whatever else BK offers to their employees.

Unprofessional, disrespectful, nasty, rude. While traveling we made a quick stop at Burger King. Manager arguing with the staff about clocking in. Rest of staff laughing and playing hanging out in front the building playing. Uniforms are horrible not a care in the world. girl walking around with her makeup bag. The floor & tables dirty. The rest room is a mess. This location is a mess the managers need training and so does the rest of the staff

The lady taking the order was completely unmotivated and picked up my sandwich at one point and just tossed it back on the rack. It became partially unwrapped and after laying there for several minutes asked me what I had and when I told her she turned around and grabbed it and stuffed it in a bag and handed it to me. I am a big fan of Burger King but will not go back to the store.

It looked as though Not enough help. Food barely warm & employees worried about getting off work . Orders took way too long to prepare. For this location I would have expected more qualified & friendly people?

I went inside to order because I had to use the restroom. All of the employees had their masks pulled down below their noses, defeating the purpose of wearing one. Then two customers came in with no masks. I anxiously waited for my order and started flashing nasty looks after they handed food to the people who ordered after me.
I finally received my order and darted out the door. I got the impossible whopper and it was impossible to see anything desirable about it.

STAFF IS RUDE SO RUDE. DID NOT TAKE MY ORDER, SHE SAID “do it on the kiosk” she wasn’t doing nothing…. standing behind the counter. then she said i “snatched” the bag off the counter.. they was searching for a problem. and when i tried to ignore them they kept saying they’ll ban me from burger king…. she got loud with me and was so so so rude.

Workers are rude. The food was cooked just fine. I've worked in fast food so I know you have your days but keep your attitude off the clock. Then we were missing food, but they were so rude and we had to come in from drive thru so many times that we didn't dear ask for the order to be fixed. $30+ dollars on fast food to be treated so poorly.

My wife and I went through drive through. The young lady was having head set trouble then stop communicating with us. We went to the lobby to order but the young lady was complaining about her stress and nobody would serve us. She rant for a whole 10 minutes about respect. We had to go elsewhere to eat
