Burner Custom was absolutely awesome for my daughter’s wedding. Could not have done it without them. GREAT coordination and wonderful decor! Our bartender (not with Burner) cancelled on us 6 days before the wedding and Burner had a replacement for us 30 minutes later. Staff set up our tables and chairs the day before the wedding. A bee hive caused us to need to move to a different area of the venue, Burner staff came BACK out and moved everything for us. I would 100% recommend them to anyone. All of the staff was friendly and extremely helpful!Thank you so much for making the day run so smoothly!!!

Kelly and her crew were so great to work with! Very easy going and she is genuinely there for the bride and family. Burner Custom designs came through with the bar set up and photobooth and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. I highly recommend using their services for your next big event, they are worth it!

Overall our experience with Burner was just ok for our backyard wedding. They are very competitive price wise and even gave a military discount which we appreciated but where price is good, customer service may lack, and it definitely did here especially in communication in the last weeks (it took multiple emails and phones to get final quotes, contracts amended, etc). Overall, very disappointing in the communication / customer service department.

Below is a list of what we rented and our experience with each.

- Market Lighting: we went with the wine barrels and really liked the look. Our only concern with the lighting was the way they plugged everything in. 1) They didn't cover any of the wires in walkways and caused a few of our guests to trip. 2) Rather than using or asking for an extension cord, they plugged the light system in using another string light with the bulbs removed meaning there were many exposed hot circuits. Potentially a very dangerous situation if we hadn't caught it.

- Wine Barrel Cocktail Tables - nice. no complaints

- Bar - really good, perfect for a backward wedding.

- 8-foot farm house tables -- overall they looked nice but many of the end pieces were loose making those sitting at the head of the table working with slanted pieces.

- Dance Floor - this is where things went bad. Unfortunately their dance floor was left outside 2 weekends before our wedding and got ruined. It took 4 days for them to tell us we no longer had a dance floor. They did make some recommendations on places to call, but we would have expected much more than "here's some names, good luck" when we are now 9 days away from our event. With the short notice we had to pay over double the price to find a new (also smaller) dance floor and Burner was unwilling to help make up the difference despite us having no fault in the damage to their floor. As a "make-up" they did offer tree icicle lights which we previously had requested but chose not to go with ($450 for renting 12 strands of lights seemed ridiculous). We expected them to be giving us the 12 strands upon arrival but instead they offered only 3. 3 icicles in a place with 20+ trees just seemed tacky and a bit of a slap to the face so we politely declined.

Ross and Kelly do not disappoint! With Kelly’s attention to detail and Ross’s custom made benches and event pieces they are worth every penny! ❤️ I highly recommend using their services!!
