This place is a complete scam to say the least.
Zero customer service and lack of professionalism. We had purchase flights for two seniors. It was a direct flight to the USA from Ecuador, due to the pandemic the flight was canceled and we were promised a reschedule or a full refund. Its been almost 2 years and we had not been able to book a flight neither did we get a refun. We had contacted the agency and visited them several times and their only response was "I'll let you know". We contacted the airline directly and they confirmed they had issued a full refund for the flights directly to the MUNDO TRAVEL so we cant even reschedule the flights anymore. They had been asking us for so many documents just to give us our money back, we had even taken bank statements (they shouldn't even ask for it) and the owner "manager" is not responding our calls, messages and its almost impossible to find her in the office.
DO NOT LET THIS PEOPLE TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU! I AM TAKING IT TO THE DEPARTMENT OF CONSUMER PROTECTION. Places like this need to be followed up.
