The cabin was in in a nice quiet area but the cabin wasn't clean. The countertop had salt everywhere, dead bug's, and covered in dust. They have ice trays in the freezer but they were all also empty. I wouldn't recommend these cabin's at all

We came to this area for the Helen Balloon Race.
This was an excellent place to stay. Quiet, sereene, relaxing, felt like home.

The BEST experience. I was fortunate to celebrate my daughters birthday with a few friends in Cabin 1. It’s everything that you want in a cabin. Plenty of room, fully stocked kitchen, abundance of linens AND THE MOST INCREDIBLE BACK PORCH!!!! We were all

The best part of our vacation. Our grandson loved the little creek, that was literally right off of our deck. It was clean, and quiet, and still very close to Helen. The owners were amazing. We will definitely be going back!

When I made this reservation a while ago, my husband and I were looking forward to a quaint place in the woods and close to Helen. When we approached the location of the cabin we were thankful we came while it was still daylight. The reason being there are no numbers on the cabins. If I had not viewed online what the cabins looked like, we would not have found it without assistance. Cabin #3 is a one bedroom/one bath, but a very tired cabin. We have stayed in many places throughout our lives and I have to say this place could be so much better. There are much needed repairs needed to ensure the longevity of these cabins that appears not be happening. |When we arrived we were disappointed to see the number of cobwebs on the outdoor furniture and in the eaves of the porches. On the inside we found the window in the back door covered in finger prints rather than someone making an effort to clean them. All the rugs are in need of washing and/or serious cleaning. The kitchen has very minimal cookware. Pots and pans, a large bowl and one measuring cup, a pitcher, coffee maker and toaster. Utensils were scarce as I found one dinner fork, one salad fork and one dessert fork. If you come intending to cook, bring everything you think you will need. I have to say this was the most minimally furnished cabin we have ever stayed in. Not even a salt and pepper shaker. Very, very rustic. |If you have any limited physical struggles, the bath tub is difficult to get into and out of as there are no grab bars. Toilet seat is broken. No andirons in the fireplace to set logs on for a fire. |On a lighter note, there are plenty of towels! But no hot pads in the kitchen. |For our stay, it started out fairly warm, then turned much cooler. We were able to use the air conditioner in both the “cool” and “heat” mode, and it worked great. Location was peaceful and relaxing, just what we needed. A little attention to some everyday details could make this cabin a five-star gem!

I usually don't like writing a review. But this is plain wrong. I first stayed here 2 years ago. It was pleasant. Anyway. I booked for 4 days stay the owner took all 4 days rent not only a deposit. The whole thing. Well as things happen I work around alot of people I got sick real sick. I texted the owner and told her about 2days prior. Well she texted me back and sounded mad. Oh she was worried about trying to rent it out again
Well on her website I read a review she did rent it out. She seems like she has no intention of sending me back any money. This turned out to be a thief and crook. I couldn't help I got sick. Let God be the judge of this one.
