Best luggage shopping experience in my life. Amazing selection, quality brands, and knowledgeable staff -- the owner has been there 40+ years -- made this the easiest process ever. I described my needs, and the owner led me over to his recommendations. He was spot on, he demonstrated the features of the Briggs & Riley spinner, he had ALL the colors, and I decided within 10 minutes of entering the store. I love California Luggage company.

I've gotten 5 items from here so far and going to get another thing for Xmas. Only place I go to get backpacks, bags, wallets, and luggage.

Staff is incredibly helpful and kind. Patient and not pushy with purchases. You go in to get what u want. If they don't have what u need they don't push u to buy something else.

Highly recommended. Quality stuff, great staff, great selection.

I have been using the folks at this shop for my luggage needs (including Eagle Creek Warranty Repair) for decades. They are still the fastest, friendliest, most knowledgeable luggage folks around.

Stop in just to sag Hi and look around. They have bargain brands and nicer on display, and they are a great source of information on all things luggage!

What a lovely experience! I ordered online while the store was closed, got a personalized email the next day for special Monday hours, walked in, and received such a warm and effusive welcome. The store owner was respectful and eager to show me all the features of my purchases. I'm only sorry I parked at a fast-expiring meter and couldn't chat. Next time!
