Filthy! Come armed with a can of Lysol.I'm so surprised because this is a great location and a gorgeous room. The photos speak volumes, but I'm going to add to their voice.

Dried yellow urine drips on the toilet seat. Check out the toilet paper color after spraying the floor around the base of the toilet and wiping it up. I knew if they hadn't even wiped the toilet seat, they surely hadn't touched that floor in a long time. And I was right! Also no way to turn the refrigerator on, no microwave in the room, and by the way, the phone in the room is totally dead so you can't call the front desk, or 911 for that matter if you need to.

I had already cleaned the toilet and the bathroom sink, but when I couldn't get the fridge to work without a literal coin, I had to physically go down to the front desk in the lobby since the phone did not work. The attendant told me that the room was marked as unclean and should never have been given out. I don't really buy this because it was evident that the bed had been changed. The sheets were tightly tucked, with tightly tucked pillows and fresh towels.

A few more things. You cannot insert a plug into several of the outlets, and when you look to see why, there's an internal metal shield in the way. Oddest thing.

And what's with the flashing green strobe light in the bedroom all night?! I taped their laundry bag, folded up several times, over it, and you can see from the video that it was still pretty bright. It did take it down a notch so it didn't flash through closed eyelids quite as brightly. The attendant tried to say it was a normal smoke detector, but we all know it's not.

Attendant did move me to another room, gave me an upgrade, and it was cleaner. Still had dried spots of what look like body lotion on the bathroom counter, and also on the counter in the dining area.

All in, between the two rooms, I spent probably 45 minutes cleaning.

Literally one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had.

I will say that the bed and pillows were very comfortable and the attendant handled my complaints with professionalism and accommodation, to the best of his ability.

Very new facilities. I love the comfortable beds and automatically turned-on light in bathroom. Quite clean condition in room. Good location to Yale University and restaurants. I found a great chinese foods here called Nice Day. New Year’s Day is no cookers in hotel but the breakfast pack has been prepared as to-go choice. The overnight parking is in a building which is really close but the fee is not included. You have to ask for coupons from front desk. I don’t like this extra charge.

Positive: Hotel is nice and clean with the exception below. Staff was pleasant but not reliable. Negative: First stay was Great. 2nd stay had no maid service at all. Called serval times to rent conf room but never got a return call. Rented conference room the day of check in and ended up being charged 40% over invoice.

It was a pleasant stay, hotel was clean, the room was clean, Anthony at the front desk was super helpful. Clean inside and out, quiet just how we like it. Only odd thing was, they didn't have toothpaste? Had to go out to buy it after checking in. You pay for Parking. Would come back if traveling through again.

The good. The hotel seems pretty new. The price is reasonable. The rooms are reasonable. The fitness room is above average for this price range.||The bad. Someone did not plan well. The light in the bathroom does not turnoff and the door to the bathroom is translucent. The front desk offered to send an engineer to disconnect the light, but this seemed like a hassle. Also, the shower is not level, so the glass door to the shower rolls open when showering.

Currently stay here and check out tomorrow. I came here on business and had to stay here temporarily because our actual lodging was not available yet. The evening staff, Carlos, was pretty helpful and efficient, but the morning staff is pretty rude, unfriendly, seems bothered to be working, and not helpful. The pillowcases were stained in the room, there’s is construction happening right at the windows of some rooms, and the bar closed an hour early on a Thursday for no reason while at least four of my coworkers were there trying to order. Also, for being in the medical district, you would think the hotel would provide guests with some food options nearby or a map, but the amenities are given on a small cutout sheet of paper with the key. Hardly any food access so one would think at least some breakfast items would be complimentary, but it’s all a la carts and pricey. Coffee station downstairs ran out of creamers and was pretty much told “das what we got”. Pretty subpar for the quality Cambria is supposed to be.

Nice hotel with clean, spacious rooms and friendly staff. Also a bonus: a bar in the lobby! I would definitely stay here again as the location is convenient and the price is very reasonable.

Very nice modern new hotel close to the University. Very comfortable bed, complimentary coffee, friendly staff. Parking is close by and you pay extra for it. It is a nice safe parking. We loved the view out of our window and the spaciousness of he room. Bathroom was spotless. Highly recommended.
