Camela was an absolute joy to work with recently for a wedding at a downtown church and then reception at the Franklin Park Conservatory. She did an excellent job of managing the vendors (hi, I'm the photographer!), keeping the timeline, and of course making sure our couple was comfortable. We hired Camela as our wedding coordinator and it was one of the best decisions we made during the planning process! She was always available, provided suggestions and support above and beyond what we were expecting, and helped us to prioritize tasks appropriately, saving both time and money. Camela and her top-notch team produced a dream wedding for our daughter and son-in-law. The couple live in Los Angeles, so Camela coordinated with them and us through regular video calls, phone calls, emails and texts -- whatever it took at that particular moment to plan a wedding at the Columbus Museum of Art. Visually, the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception all were stunning. Our wedding guests gushed about how perfect every detail was and how smoothly the evening unfolded. As the father of the bride, I appreciated how Camela and her team took loving care of our family and the groom's family on the wedding day -- from morning until midnight! They smoothed over the inevitable few speed bumps for an event with 150 guests. We literally could not have done this without Camela, Adrienne, Rae, Amy and Lamar. Dream team for a dream wedding! Had the pleasure of working with Camela for a pretty decent sized wedding in Grove City. From day one she was great with communication, and made sure to keep me in the loop with things leading up to the wedding. She is a true professional, but also a super fun person to work with! There were so many moving parts day of, but she stayed cool, calm, and collected. Can't tell you how important that is to have in a planner / coordinator! She kept me on track with everything DJ wise, even getting my food on time! Would work with her 10/10 times.

I knew that whenever my husband decided to propose, I would be calling on Camela Lynn Weddings & Events to help with our wedding. I had already seen some of her work from other events in the city.
Camela was not just a planner to us, she became family. Everything about the day, the timeline, making sure folk knew where they needed to be and when, entertaining our requests and wishes, telling us when she knew something wouldn’t work, etc….she ran it with professionalism and, dare I say, perfection. If anything happened or went wrong on our day, we didn’t have a clue. And I loved that EVERYONE knew it ran smoothly because of Camela. She and her team are beyond amazing and I would highly recommend her/them, hands down, every time!

When we get hired for an event and we hear that Camela is the event coordinator/designer we jump for joy! Her communication is on point and she is soo professional and easy to work with. I know that the client that hired her did their research and he or she has great taste and is high end! We found Cam via several recommendations from an Ohio bridal Facebook group and are so thankful she was available to help us with month of and day of coordination services. Cam and her team went so far above and beyond and blew our expectations away. There are so many details into executing our wedding that I didn't fully comprehend before or during and I'm not sure what would've happened without their help.
