I used to love coming here when I was a child/teen, but in the last 6-8 years it has become less and less welcoming towards teens. What once was a haven with a space for them to hang out is now gone, and the book selection is now limited to one and a half cases half filled. Where there once was comfort, there's now sterile nothing. And this started before c19 hit. It feels like once again, this community is trying to stiffle teens from a sanctuary when they have nowhere else to go.
The adult section is thinner as well, entire authors with complete series I can't find to buy my own copies of gone.
I miss when this place felt welcoming to its younger patrons.

A beautiful library full of art and local history! There is a museum that you can visit for a small fee, but there are also 3 galleries of art that are open to the public for no charge. Everything is clean and well kept, and there are a lot of titles in the library to choose from. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I spend lots of time here studying. Air conditioned and free WiFi!
