The staff was very welcoming and handled all my questions.
The room was clean, but the bed was not comfortable at all. Way too soft! My hips hurt no matter what position I lay; was achy all the next day.
No breakfast offered and the cupboard (pantry area) didn't offer much of any healthy options.
Furnishings in room needed maintenance.

The room was excellent. The housekeeper kindness. The area for used computer was good. The areas was neat. The Loundry place was convenient. The reception people need to have more emphaty to deal with people. That was my impression in this kind of job.

This hotel is very clean and basic. If you just need a pleasant, no frills hotel for a night or 2, this is perfect. There is a nice gym and pool, but no restaurant or bar. There is a little “cupboard” to buy snacks and drinks. The suite was very spacious with a full kitchen to utilize, if needed. It was perfect for our stay to visit nearby colleges.

The hotel has a fresh appearance and the staff was welcoming. Free wifi and parking was a welcome change from the downtown hotels. I was pleasantly surprised at how enjoyable this hotel turned out to be. A short, beautiful walk to the baseball stadium and the price point was awesome. My room was clean, quiet, comfortable and the TV was fabulous. I would recommend this hotel to friends!

Convenient downtown location off the highways. Room was very comfortable. I am glad I stayed here while my work. I enjoyed the big table and space to get utilized in room. Staff were very helpful.

The hotel is Excellent, very clean and it made my stay perfect. Location is very helpful near downtown. It was very easy excess to my work and all-around in downtown. Staff is very courteous and helpful.

We booked this hotel for a theatre run and to visit Mark Twain and Harriet Beecher Stowe Museums. FYI… The hotel is in an isolated location with no food options nearby. The major issue we experienced was that our initial room and room we were moved to smelled like raw sewage. When we arrived in our first room, we noticed an off odor like a stinky diaper but wasn’t sure why it smelled that way. We had been traveling over 7 hours and had an event to get to. On the way back we purchased some air freshener, sprayed the entire room and crashed. We woke early the next more to the awful smell of raw sewage. Called the front desk and requested a room transfer. We were told that we had to wait for the manager. After an hour of no communication, my husband went to the front desk to express how bad this room smelled but he was told that the manager was not there and had not responded to the issue. An hour later the same response was given. When my husband returned, we could hear staff in the hall talking about the smell issue and they were completely familiar and aware that there is an issue! After about 4 hours, we were told that we would be moved. We were shown another room that initially smelled fine, we dropped our belongings and rushed off to our museum tours and a play. Upon our return, we noticed that this room also had the off smell of sewage though not as bad as the first room. Still it smelled of sewage. The hotel had posted signs indicating it was “Sold Out” so I knew we could not change rooms. I search for nearby hotels only to find that most hotels were sold out due to a few large events in the Hartford area that week and weekend. So we were stuck. I have never been so happy to leave a hotel as I was this one. Something is clearly wrong at this location and the Health department needs to investigate the issue. The manager was of no help and IHG sent me back to him after I called for their support! I do not recommend staying at this hotel ever.

The stay was exactly what we needed. We originally booked for two nights but last minute needed to change it to one. The associate at the front desk was very helpful and made this process extremely smooth.
Parking was plentiful, the room was clean and we very much enjoyed being able to use the snack room downstairs. That was a very big plus!
