We booked this fishing tip to celebrate my sons 6th birthday ,and let me tell you , it was the trip of a lifetime !! Definitely a core memory for my boy !! Captain Allen was so fun energetic and knowledgeable he even filled the fish for us to take home ! Im not a avid fisher, cant even put a worm on, but i even got a 9-10 pound catfish and my son reeled in a 3 pounder ! We had so much fun !! Now we are obsessed with the song 5 pound bass and cant wait to go back

The captain was amazing and our family had a wonderful time. We caught several catfish that the captain filleted for us by the lake for us to take home as well! We were very impressed with the entire experience and can not wait to come back!

Our family spent a week with Allen (aka Captain Ron) as our captain and had a great experience! Allen was friendly, knowledgeable and made us feel completely at ease. Whether it was helping us with our gear, offering suggestions for the best spots to explore, or teaching the kids how to sail, he went above and beyond to ensure that we all had a memorable experience. Captain Allen’s expertise and attention to detail made us feel safe under his guidance, allowing us to relax knowing we were in good hands. We had a great time with Captain Allen and would highly recommend him for anyone looking for a captain who's both very capable and fun to be around!

My son and I are avid scuba divers and we often travel to interesting, remote locations to dive. We’ve been carrying the Nautilus GPS-enabled dive radio to transmit our locations in the event that we are somehow isolated from our dive group. But with a plan to dive the Galapagos this summer, we decided to upgrade to the Garmin inReach Mini 2. We’ve been diving with Captain Ron (Allen Larson) for a few years (nearly 40 dives) and when talking to him about our trip, he recommended we look into the InReach. As soon as we checked out its features, we were sold. What first motivated us was the inReach’s ability to provide not only an emergency beacon with GPS location, but two-way communication with friends, family, and emergency services. Beyond that, its ability to provide tracking information over time and the device’s advertised battery life of up to 14 days on a 10-minute tracking interval, were features we saw as essential for trips to remote areas. We ordered ours through Captain Ron and received it within days of placing the order. We could not be happier with the devices or the service. Thanks Captain Ron!

Not only did I have multiple fantastic dives with Captain Ron's, but Allen and Lu provided incredible hospitality and customer service with a SMILE!!! They are very knowledgeable and willing to go out of their way to help with gear.
