Licia and her team are extraordinary. I had the most wonderful experience of my lifetime on my wedding day and I cannot thank her enough. I did a good amount of research before selecting her as my wedding planner/event coordinator and I am so beyond impressed with her organizational skills and all the resources she had to offer to make my wedding my dream come true. I will be referring her to all of my friends and family who are engaged and need help with the daunting task of all things wedding! For a full year she was there for me from beginning to the day of. She calmed my nerves as the day came closer, gave great recommendations that suited me and just has such a wonderful personality! She is so fun, yet professional and handles difficult people so well, especially stressed out parents of the bride and groom! She also won my husband over, who thought a wedding planner would be a waste of money. He not only loved her but agrees we would've been lost without her. Licia held my hand (theoretically) as we hunted for the right rentals to curate the wedding of my dreams. Licia has great vision and was able to take the decor, functional pieces and all wedding elements and put together a masterpiece for my wedding day from what seemed a random ensemble of items I had rented from multiple companies. Licia and her helpers also handled our large wedding party of 16 bridesmaids and groomsmen very well while we rehearsed for wedding day. From the ceremony site to the little details on the reception tables everything came out better than I could have dreamed. My husband and I loved Licia so much we asked if she could marry us and she wrote the most perfect speech for our ceremony. Many of our guests said it was the best ceremony they had every experienced and highlighted my husband and I's love perfectly. I will always have Carats and Confetti events to thank for making the biggest day of my life a magical and beautiful experience.

I can not say enough good things about Carats and Confetti. Licia and her team made the biggest impact on our big day. Not only was our wedding delayed a whole year, she still was there for us every second! We didn’t have to worry about ANYTHING! Any little thing that came to my mind during the wedding planning process, Licia was there with an answer. She helped so much with booking the right vendors and making sure we’re getting the best bang for our buck. On the actual wedding day, Licia had our entire venue decorated so beautifully and literally all we did was bring the decor in boxes and hand it to her and she did her thing. She even lended us her own led candles to use seriously so sweet! Even our guest made multiple comment on how amazing our wedding planner and her staff were. At the end of the night, her and her team ensured everything was nicely boxed up and ready to be put into cars. IT WAS AMAZING. I hands down recommend Carats and Confetti to anyone who is planning an event and DOESNT want a shitshow! Licia is absolutely worth the investment and will leave your guests remembering your special day forever! I can’t thank her and her team enough!

From the first moment we spoke with Licia on the phone to inquire, we knew we wanted to choose her. She is very detailed, extremely knowledgeable, and capable of handling every situation you can think of on top of being so much fun to be around!
The month leading up to our big day, Licia made sure to have every detail dialed, every vendor organized, and made sure we felt taken care of. Throughout the entire process she was extremely available to us for any questions we had along the way.
When it came to the rehearsal dinner day, Licia and her team took our venue by storm and transformed it into our perfect vision. There are not enough words to describe how AMAZING Licia and her company are. We hired her after searching for MONTHS to find a venue for our wedding. Just a couple days after hiring this amazing woman, she found the absolute perfect place for us! Licia is such a fun person to work with, and was an absolute blast to have as our wedding planner. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND in SO many ways! We hired her as a part-time planner, but she put her ALL into EVERYTHING. If you are on the fence about having a day of coordinator for your wedding, take this as your sign to commit to working with Licia and her team. I was initially not planning on having a DOC and would just have my friends/bridal party assist me with setting everything up. I ended up having room in my budget to have Licia be my DOC and THANK GOODNESS I DID. There is absolutely no way my family and I could have handled everything she did the days leading up and day of the wedding without completely losing my mind. Licia and her team handled ✨everything✨ plus other things I would have never expected them to do. My family, bridal party and I were able to focus on getting ready together, taking everything in, and sitting back with a mimosa while Licia and her dedicated team went to work. They brought my vision together better than I even thought my vision was. They handled any issue that arose that would have otherwise fallen on me. Licia, Mariah and Robert were a pleasure to work with and eased any anxieties I had. It felt like having long time, trustworthy friends helping you despite having just met. I truly cannot picture my wedding day being the perfect day it was without them. Licia was AMAZING! I could not have imagined a better person to give me honest feedback, wedding planning insight, decor ideas or even tackling difficult venue conversations, Licia tackled it all! When we had the unexpected rescheduling of our wedding day due to COVID restrictions, Licia helped us in our decision to postpone and guided us on how to execute moving an entire event to the following year. Licia was always very responsive and available by phone, pretty much any time of the week when I had a mini freak out or a quick question. Fast forward to day of, Licia, Heidi and their team helped us in setting up and keeping our dream day flowing seamlessly! I was so pleased with the way it all came together and I am still receiving compliments that it was one of the prettiest and most fun wedding people had been to in a long time!
