Gave myself for a second opinion after a bad experience from the another shop near my home area that was not good enough.
I Bought my 2014 mini cooper in with a bad condition, oil leak , engine noise ,timing chain bad , water pump leak and much more RAMIRO!!! was the first person who I spoke to about it and he made my appointment fast! Only 1 days! to stop by and do the diagnostic.
This Guy RAMIRO was the AMAZING person full of knowledge of the European car very honest, straight forward never take advantage from you . He handled all the work on my Mini from start to end .
During their work Ramiro and his team Joe ,Ricardo will keep you an update about the part that they used on the car also text and photo every step of the way , that can help you have much more confidence with all of their work through the car . My Mini was done and ready to drive in 4 days. They fix it right at the first time, not play game.

I highly recommend CarHavn and the services provided by Ramiro and his team. I had a 2013 Audi A4 and had issues with the car burning synthetic oil since 4200 miles. I brought the car brand new and Audi accepts that it is normal to burn oil on a performance vehicle. This is also documented in their owner’s manual. This is completely NOT normal and very unacceptable. I bought the car to Ramiro and he diagnosed the root cause due to bad original pistons. I also had additional services performed such as Quattro transmission, replacement of the factory plastic water pump, adding missing mesh from a dealer timing chain job, fuel cap replacement and other services to tune the car. In addition, I received real time photo and video updates which were fantastic! I am very happy with the services and the honesty and professional experience that Ramiro and the team provided. I’m hoping to get another 100k with continued proper maintenance.

First of all thank you to Ramiro and his team for their work on my car. Amazing turn around time, great responsive staff and super accommodating, helpful team.

I got my rear axles replaced and pinion leak repaired. Ramiro did not charge me for diagnosis because I already had a diagnostic from Mercedes dealer and he double checked and confirmed the diagnosis. He allowed me to choose the parts I wanted and gave a great explanation about warranty. I also had abs sensor issue but couldn’t figure out which side was the problem. He did not charge me to diagnose the issue since I explained the issue and he just found out which side was causing the problem.

When I told him I only had one car and I needed work done soon, he gave me a courtesy loaner while they worked on my car.

The amount of things this shop does right is insane compared to other shops. Fair prices, great people and honest business. Definitely recommend this shop to any Mercedes and European car owners.

My car was smoking and about to die do to an oil leak and alternator failure. I had gotten a quote from Automotive Excellence which was outrageous, and then I called Ramiro at Car Havn. They were almost $1000 less than AE and did phenomenal work. AND they turn it around in just one day! Can’t say enough good things about these guys. This is now the only place I’ll be taking my BMW X3 for service.
