My husband and I were married here back in January. Looking back, there isn’t a single thing we would change! From helping us move tables around to find the perfect set up, to laying gravel so that our dresses wouldn’t get dirty from excess rain for several days before, Randy and Lana went above and beyond our expectations to make sure our special day ran smoothly and was top notch. Having a bigger wedding party, the bridal cottage and groom’s cabin were a perfect fit for both parties getting ready day of. I can’t forget the wonderful brunch provided for both parties on wedding day so that we could relax and refuel while soaking in all the special moments of our big day.

I had the opportunity to attend a quilt retreat at Carter Farm in January. The barn was still beautifully decorated for Christmas. It is such a nice facility & no detail has been spared. It has so much rustic charm. I highly recommend this place for any type of large or small gathering. It was perfect for our quilt retreat!

Nothing is better than being able to see the love someone has for there business being shown thru their quality of service. Our experience with this venue last Saturday was wonderful! The place is beautiful! It didn't take much detail from us to make it the dream wedding my daughter had hoped for! The owners were so very nice, helpful and supportive every step of the way! Highly recommend!!

Lana and Randy were a joy to work with! They welcomed us to their venue and made us feel taken care of. My husband and I’s wedding was a little more unconventional as we were dealing with COVID, but Lana and Randy worked with us the whole way! We had a fantastic day at their beautiful barn and have so many wonderful memories to cherish! The bride and groom’s cabins for getting ready were so beautiful and the morning of, Lana left us a beautiful brunch spread in both cabins to make our time with our bridesmaids and groomsmen so much more special. I spent the morning of our wedding on the porch of the bridal cabin eating delicious food with my girls and overlooking their gorgeous landscape with an adorable view of some of their horses (and a cute donkey)! We had an inside/outside wedding (the best of both worlds!) and only added a handful of decorations as they have quite a selection and lovely overall look to their place. Overall, Lana and Randy were an absolute joy to work with, and we would recommend them and their venue, Carter Farm, to any engaged couple looking for a wonderful place for their big day!

Had high expectations of this venue considering I've attended a wedding here before. I had been looking for Venues for weeks already with my same sex couple and while I understand we live in a bible belt and not everyone agrees to our views, I had still mentioned it before driving an hour to look and discuss details only to be told after we arrive and discussing pricing that they don't accept us and that we have wasted not only gas but our time when we could have been looking at other venues that wouldn't have had an issue Highly disappointed.

It was a very beautiful venue. The people were nice and courteous, and you just have to see the scenery. Its perfect for summer/fall wedding or for family functions. Its worth the drive.
