This is the best kept secret on Catalina Island. It's on Sumner which makes it centrally located to everything. The rooms are immaculate. You have free wi-fi and frig. Roberta has high standards and it's all telling in the service, knowledge and care she puts into making your stay comfortable!

I had booked this lodge after Fourth of July week of 2022! For the good 2 night price was awesome especially about a block away from the beach! The hospitality that me and my wife and step daughter got from Roberta and Bruce was feeling at home! Good tips on restaurants despite the fact on warning us on both Antonio’s pizzeria! We tried to give the benefit of the doubt! But I don’t like to sink anyone bottom of the ocean even more then on this review! Bruce and Roberta it was a pleasure knowing both of you and staying in your lodge!!! From the Acosta and Segura!!!

Stayed here for two nights on a dive trip and absolutely loved it. Owner operators are wonderful and so very helpful. I left an item in my room that is rather expensive and used for diving and it was promptly shipped to me. I will always come back to this nice lodge on future travels. Owners take so much pride in their business and it shows. Outstanding visit and very I am very satisfied.

Myself, my wife and my 22 year old daughter stayed here for our 2 days on the island. This place is perfect if you are looking for a clean comfortable place to take a load off! The owners (Bruce and Roberta) are very nice people and always available for good conversation. Roberta puts great coffee out every morning in the office. We had a room with a queen and a twin bed and it served our needs perfectly. I would recommend small luggage as the rooms are kinda tight. We will be staying here again!

We stayed here for 2 nights! And I was amazed of how welcomed we felt. We usually dont come out of our comfort zone but my boyfriend and I feel very welcomed. The rooms are super nice and cozy! Very clean! From the floor to the ceiling everything looked spotless! The lady who booked our room was very helpful and friendly. She gives complementary coffee in the morning It's so good! This place is very close to everything! Its like the perfect distance, close enough to go anywhere, but away enough to sleep peacefully. We loved it! Couldnt have stayed anywhere else for our first time! Its budget friendly and definitely worth it. You dont need a pricey room, you'll hardly be in there anyways. Everyone should stay here!! We will definitely come back.

Roberta was awesome! Very kind, honest and helpful. She was such a joy to be around and kept the place clean. Always on top of the cleanliness and if I had any questions or needed something, she was happy to help. I will definitely be coming back and recommend this place for everyone

This is a fabulous affordable place to stay on the island. Roberta was very helpful in directing us to great places to eat and explore and shared the "local's favorites" as well as island history. The rooms were clean and beach chairs and towels were available. The fridge was appreciated. Roberta even mailed my absently mindedly left phone charger to our home in Colorado. Thanks for a great stay!

We recently stayed at the Catalina Lodge and had a wonderful visit. The room was very clean and the owner Roberta was the best. She was super helpful and friendly, and genuinely took an interest in our well being. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience or host. Another HUGE plus about the Lodge is that it is only a block from the main street and there are no hills to climb to get there. Having stayed at other properties in Catalina, that can be an issue with luggage. We look forward to coming back soon!!!
