Fantastic food and exemplary service! My clients were looking for a full service caterer for their wedding in the South Bay. We went with Caterman due to its wide menu selection and affordable pricing. Carmen responded to my numerous emails, questions, and made multiple adjustments to the invoice before we booked their services.

Shoutout to Caterman for going above and beyond:

- The dinner menu contained a few dishes with onions. 1 guest was allergic, so Caterman prepared 1 plate without onions.
- Even though my client picked the buffet package that only includes 1 entree, Caterman allowed us to pick 1 meat and 1 vegetarian entree.
- Caterman's team was pleasant to work with! They followed the timeline perfectly.
- We ordered cupcakes and Caterman provided a pretty display.

Carmen and his team catered our family Holiday party and I can’t speak highly enough of them! Carmen was patient, kind, communicative and professional. The crew arrived early. My wife and I can not thank Caterman Catering enough for the fantastic job they did providing food for our wedding. The food was fresh, delicious, and plentiful enough to keep all our guests fed and provide us with left overs for the after party as was as the next few days. We highly recommend them as not only was the food good but the staff were friendly and polite. Carmen, the owner, was courteous and responded quickly to any questions we had leading up to the wedding and even made helpful suggestions when both my wife and I could not figure out what we wanted. Thank you Caterman Catering for making such as special day more hassle free and for providing such great service!

Excellent service ! We had the chance to do a tasting before the event and that gave us the confidence everything would be just perfect for our guests. Food and service was 5 stars and guests were very satisfied. We definitely recommend this company.

Amazing service and delicious food! This is a family-owned business and they work hard to meet your needs. The menu items are priced very well and you can customize your selections. Kayla (event coordinator) was very friendly & helpful. The chef was so nice and took pride in his work. We'll definitely use them for all of our events in the future.

Where do I start?

Missed meetings, failed follow ups, constant apologies for issues along the way getting a quote.

But the worst is after confirming the date was available, reviewing details of the order Kayla for almost an hour, I followed up no less than three times over the course of a week to get the rental finalized. I finally got an email stating:

“we can no longer accept any events for the weekend of your event”

This catering company is overwhelmed by the basic process to serve its potential customers, giving false information and horrible communication processes.

Do not waste your time as I did as this endeavor cost me two weeks of time with nothing to show for it but this review
