She tried to make us have our wedding in a smaller area. The kitchen looks like a storage room. Don’t get me wrong in the bigger side it’s very nice. The other side needs a lil work done to it. She had a nasty attitude. It’s very reasonable. She only has a cooler for ice. The kitchen doesn’t even look like a kitchen. If you want to have both the wedding and reception there the bride and groom will have to get ready in the restroom.

The facility itself is very pretty; it smelled and looked clean upon entrance. The kitchen could use some work; only a microwave and fridge are available and no ice. I didn't use the bathroom so I can't speak to their condition. The biggest issue we had was with the owner/Manager. She was rude and unprofessional to our vendors and difficult to work with. Additionally, the cleaning fee does not actually cover the entirety of the trash/debris after the event, requiring us to spend time cleaning tables and removing garbage. I was unhappy, unimpressed, and disappointed with this venue. I'd recommend you have your event in your garage before I suggest you rent this place.

My event was beautiful but I will not use this venue again. Was charged $100 for security then told 2 days before event I needed to provide security (money was not refunded) Mrs. Sharon told me I would have 14 tables with 8 seats I only had 12 my guest waited for tables but she never returned they ended up leaving. Mrs. Sharon requested pictures for something special she had planned then told my coordinators to get frames & put them. Great space customer service could be better

Had to find a venue two days before my wedding because the original building double booked events so my mom found this building & I had no choice & knew nothing about how the building looked. I was told there was room to change in the building I had to change into my wedding dress in the bathroom which smelled & was leaking water on the floor. The section where the food was had a leak & the water was coming close to where everyone was dancing. The kitchen had just a steam table. This is not a building for a wedding honestly it’s more for birthday parties & honestly not worth almost $1,000 for 4 hours

Don't book here they charge a clean up fee to sweep and mop the floors $75 i could of done that .you have to take out the trash and clean off the tables . Then they rush you out of the place . They see the caters and DJ getting there stuff up And steady nitpicking oh my God the lady Sharon has a nasty attitude. Don't do it this is a warning to you. She should not be in business working with the public!!!!!!!

Mrs Sharon (owner) and her Husband are Awesome,I have used this event space more than one occasion, she responds quickly with great pricing and excellent consultation experience. She recently put together a beautiful bridal shower that was executed beautifully!!! I’m planning on using her again in February,March and May !!!

Nice cozy place to have a small gathering. It has 2 areas to rent that are side by side so I dont recommend reserving at the same time as another event. Went there for a baby shower. A small birthday party would be good or seminar classes. One side has the kitchen and the bathrooms but not the other side. Looks nice when decorated.
