As a delivery driver, this is the worst place I have delivered to. I have a human services background with degrees in Criminal Justice and Sociology. The staff member that answered the intercom could not have known my level of education. She treated me as I assume she treats clients. She was rude, condescending, and lacked empathy. All attempts to calm the situation were met with increased aggression. After our interaction she contacted the delivery service I was delivering for. She made several false statements about me. Her demeanor leaves me concerned for the clients she works with.

The place isn't veterans friendly, and Joni is a convicted embessler of funds from that particular Charity. If down and in need, try the salvation army by all means.

I want to give a HUGE thank you and props to Johnnie and staff at the Hospitality House for giving this old homeless veteran such a warm and supportive environment for me to hang out while the VA squared me away with an apartment.
The meals y'all served at lunchtime were SO tasty and well done.... Thanks for everything.❤ ✌ 😀

I can conquer with what another person that posted that Joannie is rude. Our son was beating us up and he stayed at Salvation Army Rescue Mission because the police said someone has to leave. He's 20 and I had just gotten out of the hospital. I called there and spoke with him trying to get him to go to his Uncle's. I guess he ran out of days over there and went to the Hospitality House. When I called he was gone for that day and supposed to be back the next and was told to call back. She yelled at me when I called back saying he had lived outside all summer when that is a lie. He had been at the Salvation Army July to end of September when I spoke with him many times. I wish I knew who was over her to speak with them.

The main person Johnnie is always rude to me. She embarrassed me there again today. She seems to think she's better than me I guess. I don't understand why she's still there. She's ripped the place off of the money.
